I highly recommend the aloo dumplings and cabbage. They surprised me the most. The cook on all the meat was beyond perfect. The beef melted in my mouth and the chicken was perfectly tender. Chef Shetty is a genius. We had a 3 course prix fixe and they printed custom menus for me with my name in the header! That was a lovely souvenir for us to take home. Every dish was 10/10. Out of all the restaurants in parsippany & Rt 46, I specially come down to Wayne to eat this amazing food. my fav is the sag panir, malai kofta, and vegetable biryani. I love the one waitress and how she explained the spice levels according to chiptole and taco bell! the uncle who is the owner always greets everyone like hes known them for years.
