“Love Popeyes, but the quality control here is lacking a little bit. Rarely do they have Spicy and if you want it, you'll wait 5-10 minutes

Some chicken is perfect, other pieces come out oily, like it's been cooked in old oil.

So sometimes it's great and other times , I drove away only to find out the chicken is way too oily and throw it out“

“The staff working here is immensely helpful. In fact, I would say that the service I've received here is absolutely unmatched across any other Popeye's I've ever visited anywhere else in the country. They are busy at most times, and yet they always listen to you intently and genuinely try to resolve issues if you have any (even issues with the Popeye's app, for which they are not responsible). I eat here every 2 weeks, and their food is great too. Definitely check it out“
