The flavor was incredibly authentic and reminded me of the original Korean-style chicken I grew up with. “They were short staffed but the owners were so cute and attentive as possible. We had a larger group and ordered several items which were all delicious. The flavors weren’t extremely different from each other, even the spiciest wasn’t that spicy but the crispy outer layer of the chicken was perfect along with the tiny hint of spice. My personal fav was the galbi kimbab. Please support this local business! They even let us turn on the tv to play the Knicks game. What more can you ask for?“

It reminds me of those individual food dining cubbies/booths for people who like minimal contact/interactions during dining that I've tried in Japan before. “I have bought meals from this store many times ever since they opened in GSP food court. This is one of the most popular restaurants in the mall, sometimes the line wrapping around the stairs. It’s take out only, but of course guests can use the mall’s dining hall for dine-in. The store does a good job of putting associates outside who take customers orders while they are waiting in the line. It speeds up the process and keeps the line short.

The store takes relatively short tike to prepare the orders. I always got my orders within 10 minutes. They always pack the items correctly. Never had any missing from the bag. They are also generous with the sauces. I got more whenever I asked. I love the chicken deluxe sandwich, chicken nuggets, waffle fries, milkshake of Chic Fil A. This store does an excellent job of maintaining the quality, taste and standard, at all times.

The associates are very friendly here. They always greet and smile. They happily fulfill any reasonable requests like extra sauces, napkins or utensils. The rewards account is also valuable as I get points for purchases from this store. I have redeemed points at this also for free sandwiches and desserts. I hope they continue to do well and keep making the guests happy at GSP.“

“I have such a soft spot for this place. It, like so many other Chick-fil-A stores, is often super slammed. Nonetheless, this very well-staffed store runs smoothly and efficiently almost all of the time. The operator – Mr. Keith – runs a tight ship, but is also willing to jump in at any position needed to assist his employees with the flow of their work. I really admire this – someone who jumps in at any position to help out, even though there are always employees to manage these functions.

This store is remarkably clean, considering how busy it is. The seasonal decorations are always lovely – extravagant, even – and this location opts for fresh flowers on the tables every day, which adds such an awesome touch to the experience.
