“Despite growing up in Little Silver and passing Kissui for almost two decades, I recently decided to try it for the first time. While the interior is somewhat lackluster, the food itself was a treat. The clear soup and gyoza were incredible, and the sushi rolls were fresh and prepared well. Furthermore, the prices were reasonable, which is extremely refreshing during this administration. The restaurant was completely empty during dinner, though, which was somewhat sad to see. On the heels of the disappointing change of ownership at Little Szechuan "GoGo" (still cannot believe that is the name) - this may be my new standby for oriental cuisine in Little Silver.“

The interior can use an update but, otherwise, a great experience in every respect and for every age!
Last but not least, this restaurant is not overpriced like every other kosher option nearby.

Tonight I had chicken and eggplant. It was sweet and garlicky and cooked perfectly. 10/10. We also ate a Thai basil beef dish, also phenomenal and the Singapore noodles ... Fresh, spicy and so tasty. “In town for an event, 8 of us went out for dinner. Everything was so delicious, the 3 of us still in town the next day went back the next night for round two.I personally enjoyed the Red Curry Chicken and Beef Pad Thai. Especially of note is their General Tso's Chicken which was ordered both nights, as it is mostly chicken, not cheap breading like a lot of other places. The Shrimp Shumi were also reordered on day two. The prices were completely reasonable as well. I would 100% return to this restaurant for round three.

Parking: Parking was easy as not a lot of people were there when we were, however I could see it getting crowded when busy.

The drinks are mainly just different teas but the two milk teas we tried were good. The food was very variable in taste though. The appetizer (beef with scallions) was delicious and had the best sauce. The Three Musketeers and Beauties was good other than the scallops, however the rest of the tables food was mediocre to plain bad. The mango chicken was the most tasteless thing I’ve ever tasted in my life. Overall other than the chicken, the restaurant was fine.“

They took our sake (it’s BYOB) and decanted it into a nice serving piece. It was a Monday and a slow night. Our chef was terrific, lots of fun and a great cook. We had the filet and lobster and he cooked everything perfectly to order. Both were tender and delicious. Prices are fair given the quality.“
