“Love this place! It is truly a shop for bakers, including amateurs like myself! They have a big variety of cookie cutters, molds, baking tools, food coloring, etc. Came in recently and was pleasantly surprised at the variety of seasonal items, including Halloween cookie cutters and takeaway boxes, sprinkles, and cake decorations. Prices are very reasonable with most cookie cutters around $2-3 which can’t be beat! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products.“

“There's a new guy in charge! The guy with the glasses and does the cooking, he is legit and doesn't forget anything. He's very cool.

These bad reviews were from a year ago when they had different workers and yes, they were horrible.

“As someone who is both vegan and gluten free, this place was like heaven on earth. They labeled everything so clearly and had such a wide variety of options of baked goods. Rivals the famous Vegan Treats bakery of Bethlehem, PA. I only wish that they had more savory offerings.“

“Sugar bakeshop provided the most beautiful baby shower cake for my daughters baby shower at Half moon point grill. Not only was it delicious, it was made with so much attention to the theme. Whomever the pastry artist is here goes above and beyond to make sure that their pastries are perfect. The raspberries taste like perfect raspberries. The oatmeal cookies are soft and delicious. Everything is perfect here right down to the atmosphere. Perfect location too.“

“Simona’s Bakery is amazing. She made a beautiful and delicious cake for my daughter’s 30th birthday. Along with the cake we enjoyed 4 dozen of her awesome mini cupcakes. Everyone loved it all. “Kosher bakery with everything you can think of. They offer cakes, cookies, bread, challah, pastries etc... and even sell pizza and sushi. This bakery is the go to bakery in this town and is extremely popular. The pi,za and sushi can have very long waits in the summer especially during peak hours.

Parking: Easy to find parking on street on regular days. During peak season parking can be rough.

It fits in wonderfully with Red Bank’s culture even though it’s a recognized franchise brand and the coffee is delicious. The chocolate and strawberry croissants are very fresh. I love the modern aesthetic and layout mixed with the friendly atmosphere. I felt like I was in an high end “Mom and Pop shop”. It was also cleaner than most of the local coffee shops.
