“A few years ago, I began the search to find a good cake/baking supply store. Michaels is OK for last minute items but I wanted a “Go To” place. When I went to the internet, Shore Cake Supply was the 1st one to pop up. I live in North Jersey so it’s an hour or so drive for me BUT I drove there and had a “me” shopping spree. I’ve taken a class or two and even suggested to Jennifer that I wouldn’t be opposed to her opening a second location in North Jersey 😉. All I can say is just go there. You WON’T be disappointed. They are friendly, kind, helpful and MOST importantly.. honest! Oh, and I would travel as far as needed to go there. ❤️“

These bad reviews were from a year ago when they had different workers and yes, they were horrible.

“I agree with the other review that you are wasting your time reading Cats Luck reviews when you could be eating there! The food was delicious! And not very expensive at all. I got the fried chick’n and scrambled tofu (loaded). Great flavor with plenty of food. Really hit the spot and seasoned perfectly. The service was incredible also! Great vibes with plenty of recommendations. Just great atmosphere overall. They were packed today so I ended up enjoying the food in my car, but nonetheless looking forward to sitting down and eating one day. I got desserts (chocolate peanut butter Bundt and apple cider donuts) for later also. Haven’t tried those yet but they look amazing too!! Updated from previous review on 2026-01-03“

“this place is the talk of the town. Nick’s croissant gave me déjà vu of when I went to Paris in April. A small but mighty, local business. Go when they open or you’ll miss the best bites. Easily five stars. It’s the best place in town.“

“Sugar bakeshop provided the most beautiful baby shower cake for my daughters baby shower at Half moon point grill. Not only was it delicious, it was made with so much attention to the theme. “My wife is an excellent baker, who usually makes my birthday cake for me. This year she couldn't, so I bought a cake from Antoinette Boulangerie. I'm a bakery snob. When I'm not eating homemade desserts, I only buy from the best bakeries in NYC and NJ. Antoinette Boulangerie is one of them.

The cake I bought was not pre-ordered; it was a ready-to-go cake for the day I called, which was my birthday. There were three that day: Red Velvet, Chocolate, Lemon-Raspberry. I chose the Lemon-Raspberry: lemon icing, vanilla cake, raspberry filling. It was FANTASTIC. The cake itself was perfectly moist, light and flavorful; the lemon icing was delicious and just the right amount of sweet, not too sweet; the raspberry filling was delicate. These are the signs of an excellent baker. In the past I've also had pastries from Antoinette, usually tarts and eclairs, and they've always been excellent.

My wife thought the cake was so good that she's considering appointing Antoinette Boulangerie as my official birthday baker.“

“So happy you guys reopened, a staple of my childhood! Best bagels at the Jersey Shore hands down, and now they offer delicious homemade spreads! “Kosher bakery with everything you can think of. They offer cakes, cookies, bread, challah, pastries etc... and even sell pizza and sushi. This bakery is the go to bakery in this town and is extremely popular. The pi,za and sushi can have very long waits in the summer especially during peak hours.

Parking: Easy to find parking on street on regular days. During peak season parking can be rough.

It fits in wonderfully with Red Bank’s culture even though it’s a recognized franchise brand and the coffee is delicious. The chocolate and strawberry croissants are very fresh. I love the modern aesthetic and layout mixed with the friendly atmosphere. I felt like I was in an high end “Mom and Pop shop”. It was also cleaner than most of the local coffee shops. “It is a very great, authentic, Mexican bakery with delicious deserts and bread, ice cream, cake, candy, chips, drinks, and piñatas. It’s very kid friendly but wheelchair accessibility is a no. You do ned to go up two steps to go inside. Parking is also hard but you can find a place in front or around the shop. There are no Vegan options so don’t ask if they have that option.“
