“i first tried mexitacos at a friends house who lives in matawan and i thought to myself... this is the bext mexican food i've ever had.now, a few months later, i was ECSTATIC to discover that they opened a location just 10 minutes from my home. everything that we've ordered from here has been fantastic.we always start with the yuca fries, the dipping sauce that comes with it is to die for and they reheat in the air fryer really well. we've tried most of the tacos, my boyfriend loves the steak burritos, and when i'm trying to be healthier i go for the grilled chicken platter and that alone lasts me 2 days. everything from here is amazing, the delivery is quick, and it's hands down my favorite place to order from, like, i order from here at least once a week.“

“Had dinner here Saturday night. Don't know why it wasn't busier as the food was excellent! We had fajitas and tacos and loved every bite! So much food for not a high price. Neither of us was able to finish our dinner as they give you so much food. The only complaint I had, which might have been corrected if I asked, was they only gave 3 tortilla shells with the fajitas. Will definitely be back when in the area.“

“The baja tacos were really good. Baja sauce tasted like thousand island but really good. I was excited to get the churros bc so many had raved about them on the reviews. I was sorely disappointed, especially for $14. They had a decent taste but they were so hard and cold. Used to churros being soft in the middle. Some were even burnt so I'm hoping that maybe it was just an off day. If your looking for amazing churros... Mainstay in asbury has the best churros! Hands down“

“We were out shopping and decided to grab lunch before heading home. We had our 8 month old son with us and had asked if we could get him some chicken. The owner said absolutely and even cut it up in small pieces for us. He didn’t charge us for the chicken either which was unbelievably nice. Food was great and our little bud enjoyed his chicken tooo! Thank you!“

“We found Surf Taco after touring Monmouth and our son wanting to check out the surfing waves at Long Branch Beach. It was slow for a Friday afternoon, but the food was excellent. It was fresh and came out fast. The establishment was clean and the staff helpful. We had the Surf Nachos, Mavericks, Buffalo Solidier, Chicken Taco and Shrimp Taco. Higly recommend!“

“Great drinks spicy Margaritas, 6 oz steak with asparagus cheese, avocado and a scoop of diced tomato// the trio fajitas, which came with steak chicken and shrimp and frijoles.I don't know if I recommend the trio fajitas the steak was very grizzly or chewy there was something going on with the steak couldn't quite figure it out but the chicken and the shrimp were good And the drinks were delicious.“

“Went in for lunch after work and the place was rather small but the staff was very accommodating. The food didn't take too long to get prepared, I had Carnitas which were good, but could use a bit more of seasoning when cooking but that's easily fixed with some hot sauce and some salt. Prices are very good for the amount as well. Will definitely come back“

“I walked in skeptical which I mostly try not to do. however walking into the store i immediately see the cashier with his Arian A10 blue hunter eyes stare me down. I got this weird feeling in my stomach, something as a food reviewer I could never contemplate. the food was delicious. the Cashier even gave me his special white sauce. Delicious!“

“Absolutely amazing food!! Absolutely amazing service. The man behind the counter was Absolutely patient and full of knowledge. We have one diabetic in our crew and one with celiac disease. He went over the menu with us and told us not only what was good but what they each could have. The restaurant wasn't empty and a line was forming and he still addressed all of our issues.
