“Stopped by and ordered a rotisserie chicken with a large order of Tostones. I explained to the young lady that we were traveling far and needed the chicken cut into small pieces. I saw some roasted eggplant and mashed Malanga . Ordered both of those. Asked for some extra plates. The tree of us drove and ate a couple of times each from the chicken and postpones. Later on had the eggplant and Malanga for dinner. I can't say enough times how good the food was . The young lady went above and beyond. She used shrinkwrap to make sure the eggplant didn't leak. Excellent place,service and food. 10 stars.“

“I have been going to Minis restaurant for over 15 years and not once had I had a bad experience there. The food is incredible the service is on point and even when they are packed(which is very often) the ladies always keep up with me and thank me for my patience. The price for the quality of food is the best I have ever seen. I have ordered food at minis well over One Thousand times and the food always hits home. Even though I have moved farther away I still make the 35 minute drive to minis multiple times a week just because no other restaurants has the quality of food that they have. If I could give them 1000 stars I would. I love their food. I love the staff they are so friendly and loving. I highly recommend you go pay them a visit and trust me you won’t regret it!!“
