“The GANGNAM Signature is hands down the best boba spot in New Jersey 🧋and it’s so much more than just boba. My teen is obsessed with their boba drinks, and I can’t get enough of their strawberry matcha 🍵 (seriously, the matcha quality is outstanding). Their coffee is just as good, and the gluten-free donuts and pastries are amazing 🌟a rare find! Add in delicious ice cream and you truly have something for everyone. This place has it all. It’s a little tucked away in the Garden State Plaza, right above Auntie Anne’s/Cinnabon, but once you find it, you’ll keep coming back. A true hidden gem!“

I observed an exchange from a disgruntled customer towards Marlene, which she handled very well, by maintaining her composure, and ensuring that she was upstanding in how she treated the individual, despite how she was being treated in return.
