What really elevates each dish is the sauces - there's always incredible flavor depth and they really complement the other flavors on the plate. The fish tacos have a cashew nut sauce that balances the mango, the red snapper has a creamy coconut sauce and spicy sauce that are great together while the fish (tempura fried), cashews, and garlic chips give you crunch and texture. This resturaunt is exquisite and potentially some of the best Mexican food in the county. First, you can get Mexican Coke. Second, the seasoning they use might as well be sold by it's own.
