“Typical Chinese takeout place, typical menu. Ordered chicken with broccoli , lo mein, wontons, etc and the food was good/average. Soup noodles were stale, but the soups were fine. Our order was prepared quickly and was nice and hot. Kind of dingy and dated inside. Prices were a little cheaper than other takeout places in nearby Pearl River, which was nice. According to their menu, they don’t use MSG, if that’s important to you.Located next to a frozen yogurt place in a strip mall on Kinderkamack Rd. There’s a few chairs to sit while you wait for your food but no indoor tables. There’s a parking lot on the side“

“I recently checked out this local Chinese spot and I’m honestly pretty excited about it. It’s great to find a place where you can get all the dishes we usually crave in one convenient spot. The bubble teas here are also very good and refreshing.

The pork soup dumplings are tasty and hold their own compared to some of the best I’ve had. The braised beef noodle soup is rich and comforting, while the bao chicken is flavorful and satisfying.

Portions are generous for the price, which makes it a solid value overall. The restaurant itself is modern and clean, giving off a nice vibe. Just a heads up though, it’s not really the best spot for parties larger than 6 people. But for smaller groups or casual meals, it’s a winner.“

“Super impressed by how authentic the food here is. We just moved to NJ from California and have been looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant that’s not just about chow mein or general tso. Forgot to take pictures of all dishes. The spicy dishes have very complex tastes than just spicy, and the non spicy dishes are also super fresh and flavorful. The restaurant does get busy because it’s very popular amongst Chinese people, but the staff is always attentive and makes sure that all of our needs are met. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely come back.“

“I always order from your establishment. The food is delicious. However, tonight I ordered through beyond menu and placed and order to be delivered at 7pm. I called the restaurant around 730pm.. The woman that was there answered the phone and apologized saying” She never saw the order and the food will be made right away. I wound up showing up to pick up the food. The woman at the front counter was the same woman that answered the phone. She was beyond disgusting and rude to another customer. Telling this customer she didn’t pay and her card had to be charged. Then she starts talking to me and I showed her that I paid. She told me “I wasn’t talking to you.” I responded with “There is no reason for you to be nasty!” She responded with “ We are very busy.” Then a tall man proceeded to hand me the food I ordered. She said something me and once again I turned around and responded “Learn to talk to people, there is no reason for you to be nasty!” I walked out with the food.I do not care if there is a line out the door or you are busy. There is no reason for someone to disgustingly nasty and rude!“

“This place is a gem! My husband has been coming here since he’s been a kid. We were in the area and decided to stop in and eat. They were very pleasant and friendly on the phone when I called to place the order. The owner immediately recognized my husband once we arrived and was very welcoming. The place was very clean and the food was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be coming back here when we are in the area. Very happy this place hasn’t lost its touch over the years.“

Prepared from scratch, not quick, but with a touch of love. This tiny establishment has the standard fare and some twists on the originals that will make your taste buds dance. Pork dumplings become Mom's Dumplings with the insertion of a giant shrimp and an amazing homemade dipping sauce. Mangos are often added to many dishes for a change of flavor. Not spicy enough, ask Sherry to give it a boost, or the opposite, tamp it down a bit. Have you ever had lamb Chinese style? or one of many other specialties. The place has gotten a bad wrap from impatient patrons. Good food takes time to prepare, and fresh ingredients are not cheap. When we have company from out of the area, this is their requested restaurant. We have ordered food for one up to a catered meal for 100, always delish.“

The kind proprietor maintains very fair prices and pumps out freshly prepared food with the flavors many of us in the area were accustomed to from Chinese-American take out. “Kosher express catered an event for 60 people for a non-profit organization. They did a terrific job, they were easy to work with, food was delivered on time, everything was fresh, plentiful & delicious! Everyone enjoyed. They even created a special vegetarian menu for us and it was fantastic! I highly recommend.“
