“I had tried many Turkish places around the area, but Elmas was by far one of the best. The food was absolutely amazing. We really loved the taste. The staff were extremely friendly. We were there for iftar during Ramadan and they brought out our orders right on time. They also accommodated for prayer space. Overall, this is a great Turkish restaurant and we highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to try the place. This will be our goto Turkish place moving forward!“

“So I have been here twice in one week. I'm mad at myself for never finding this gem sooner. I guess the sign isn't vibrant enough, which me and Ali (one of the employees or even manager not sure) talked about. The sign is apparently orange but comes off as brown lol anyway I found the chicken and beef/lamb gyros excellent. Both seasoned well together with the fresh veggies that go in it. What really tops everything off are them fries! It's legit crack lol it reminded me of my highschool fries (Parsippany High). They made bangin' fries back then. Nice crisp to their fries. I was fortunate enough to even try their Police Milkshake and some baklava which is a sweet dessert! Both great stuff. I like how they use almond milk for their shakes as I am lactose intolerant haha I apologize for not having any photos because I'm super hungry every time and I just wanna eat. Karim, I highly recommend sweet potato fries w/cinnamon sugar coating. Thank me later!!! I also had a taste of the Honey B Avocado smoothie. Like whooooa! That's some good stuff. I would have never knew it had spinach in it, definitely a must try if you come here. I am gonna have to try every smoothie they offer. As stated before, I love how the base is almond milk. “We discovered this place a few months ago after the other Mediterranean place in town closed. This food is way better. We get take out every week. Everything I've had has been good... shawarma, kebab, even the burrito is good. Fries are solid, hot sauce is great. They seem a bit understaffed at times but worth the wait.“

Sure, I'm definitely here for the wings challenge and you can see that I'm not one to lose a food challenge (:, but I can also tell you those were some of the most delicious wings I've ever ingested. Nice and smoky. Slow burn. So well done. I got myself a falafel platter to go and... waiting for the newspaper to interview the FIRST EVER WINGS CONTEST WINNER I ended up dining in. “Great small, quant place in town for Mediterranean food. We came for an earlier dinner at 5:30 on a Saturday and we were the only table. There were a number of people coming in to pick up takeout and delivery orders though. We started with the lentil soup and then I had the Chicken Kabob entree and my wife had the Mahi Mahi entry. We both really enjoyed our meals. The portion size was perfect and everything had great flavor. The staff was really friendly. We will definitely be back.“
