The fact that Carrie was answering me while the business is close is a sign that she’s passionate and that she care about her client. I was looking for a special place to take my family out for dinner because it was my oldest son's birthday. I also read the history of this beautiful place, Father a Son team and it sounded like something down our alley and my son would really love to experience. Oh my goodness! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such a warm and welcoming attitude. We were seated in the best spot, and they even brought out a high chair for my grandson. We try to put him in high chairs but he just doesn't like them. This little guy wants to be a big boy already😂❤️ Our waiter, Ali I believe that was his name, was absolutely the best! He was so approachable, funny, and well mannered with all of us. He even joked around with my grandson, which made the experience even more special. Thank u! Everything we had was delicious! From the warm bread with olives and olive oil to the appetizers, to our main dishes and oh my goodness, those drinks🍹 They were to die for! Now that's what I call, “Call me an Uber!” 😂 They definitely were not stingy with the alcohol, and those drinks were so good! 😉 They even brought out a little dessert for my son to celebrate his birthday, and it was so, so good and absolutely delicious! 🎂❤️ I rate this restaurant 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Steph did a fantastic job, the cake was delicious and we ordered cupcakes in another flavor to accompany the cake. I had sent her some ideas and photos and she went above and beyond. “Visit the bakery yesterday, and it was worth every dollar I spend. The Pecan cream ring tasted just how I remembered when I was a kid. I also bought one double chocolate cookie, which was amazing!! Not only did our cake look beautiful but it tasted delicious which I was honestly not expecting! I thought we3dding cakes just all looked beautiful, I didn’t realize they could taste this good! We had a vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and CANOLLI cream filling which was AMAZING! I honestly still crave it to this day! We added our own little doggie figurines to our cake, and it looked perfect when displayed at our wedding! We skipped the cake tasting because we ran out of time but honestly, we didn’t need it! “Headed to this Baked by Melissa outpost this afternoon to purchase a 6-pack, which served as a gift for a new friend.

Daniella greeted me with a smile, which, as a Southerner in NYC, I very much appreciated.

Now, I feared that my brain was gonna default to analysis paralysis when trying to figure out what six flavors to get, and Daniella, being the blessing that she is, immediately suggested six flavors. Mission accomplished in less than 30 seconds. 🙏🏿

My friend LOVED her mini cupcakes, and so, I am super grateful for Daniella's assistance today.

Lastly, Daniella is a beautiful human, in and out! She helped a lost stranger (from my home state!) who kindly interrupted our convo, as they needed directions to a nearby museum. Without hesitation, Daniella stepped in to help out, and this stranger was so grateful that she referred to Daniella as an angel. And, I couldn't agree more!
