“We had an absolutely wonderful meal on Thanksgiving. We ordered the usual turkey dinner and it was was scrumptious. I believe the new chef owner brings the experience to whole other level. We loved it. We are going back Christmas Eve! I do have to say I was disappointed a restaurant of this level and price point charges a 3% credit card fee. This is a first for us as we frequent comparable fine dining restaurants and we were never charged a fee. Food for thought.“

“From the moment we walked in, the host greeted us like old friends and walked us right to our table — I instantly had a good feeling, and I was right. Our server was awesome — super friendly, knew the menu inside out, and was on top of everything all night.

The menu is classic Italian but with a twist — way more interesting than your standard North Jersey Italian spot. The ossobuco was fantastic (if I had to nitpick, I’d say the risotto could’ve used a touch less water and a heavier hand with the parm). The clams were fresh and baked to perfection, and my son devoured his ravioli. For dessert, the bread pudding was absolutely unreal — honestly worth the trip alone.

“Had dinner there for the second time on Saturday night! It was very memorable. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had the eggplant with the Barata for an appetizer. It was so delicious and so tasty and my main course was the homemade linguine with lump crab and corn. We also got the meatball which was spectacular and then I got the cheesecake dessert which was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever eaten. I absolutely love love love this place. Can’t wait to go back and eat there again.“

Was looking for an eggless bakery for my daughter’s birthday cake due to her egg allergy when I found this place on google and gave them a shot and they did not disappoint. “We dined at Robert’s for the first time. We were celebrating a relative’s birthday. The food was outrageous! The appetizers were amazing as were all of the entrees. I had chicken stuffed with mushrooms and I can honestly say that it was the best chicken I have ever eaten. The portions were plentiful. We had a large selection of desserts to choose from at the end of the meal. I chose one particular dessert but before mine came out, I asked if I could exchange it for one that someone in our party had in front of her. No problem. They accommodated me and it was beyond delicious. Also, the staff was very attentive during our whole meal. They could not have been any better. The only negative was the fact that there was also another birthday celebration going on at the same time and it was so noisy that we couldn’t hear each other talk. Despite that, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this fabulous restaurant.“

It doesn't get any more authentic than the Italian specialties available at Palazzone 1960. Everything from the zeppole di San Giuseppe to the holiday panettone, delicious coffees and the Giancarlo Palazzone is truly a master at his craft. Those visiting should be aware that the cafe is closed on Mondays, and that everyday is good for amaretti cookies. Looking forward to my next visit or order.“
