I'm visiting my family from out of state and was gonna rely on them to chauffeur me around Jersey for the week but it looks like I'll be doing a bit more driving instead! “We had the best first visit this past Sunday. The sweetest barista helped us, and i’m kicking myself for not being able to recall her name. She was kind, patient, friendly and super hospitable. She didn’t mind helping me figure out the menu, and/or what to order. Even making suggestions based on our personal preferences for drinks. My kiddo loved the cozy seating area, too! The place is always clean and Dena and Nick’s crew are sure to welcome you in! If you haven’t been do so now! Breakfast or lunch,who cares because they will custom make you whatever you like! Great place to bring in to either sit in or to-go! All Star Bagel are also VERY proud supporters of all first responders! You’ll notice by their all star wall! “I love this Dunkin and pass by most Saturdays as my toddler’s occupational therapist is 3 minutes away. They move the drive thru line very quickly with a smile, and they never mess up. My toddler’s glazed munchkins are always fresh and this is the only place I’ll occasionally get wake up wraps bc their food doesn’t taste like plastic. They’re cleaning their machines well, which isn’t something I can say for other locations. And, who doesn’t like getting greeted by a screen!“

“I have enjoyed this DD coffee shop and the people I get to meet. The staff have always been helpful and the place in the morning is always busy but that's a good thing. I have met many of the regulars and a new person comes in almost daily. All in all, I have called this my south office when I was working full-time and now that I am retired, I have enjoyed coming here to meet with others. The other day, having been unable to come, the staff asked me, "Are you OK, we missed you!" Made me feel good.“

“They are definitely understaffed and working within limited capacities but when I went in the other day Kelly and Nick did an amazing job at making me feel seen and welcome! “I came in a really busy time but Megan was carrying a smile and super polite as she told me she’d be right with me. I don’t really leave reviews for fast food joins cause customer service is expected to be terrible with people hating their job but she stood out to me.“

“I wouldn’t usually take time to review a Dunkin, but this location deserves recognition. Out of every location I visit in the area, this one is the best. They actually greet you, give you a total and say thank you as you leave. By far the most pleasant staff, most locations have miserable employees. Orders are also always made well.“

“I didn't order food, only coffee. They need to get the coffee a little stronger. I get the specialty coffees ☕️ lately they add so much sweetness that you can't taste the coffee unless you get a shot of espresso, which makes a large latte go up to $7.89 that was for one.
