“Went here to celebrate our anniversary and the food was outstanding. The portion sizes are very large, and they feed you even before your main entree comes. Once my husband and guests got their portions, we realized we could have shared but it's all good because now I have lunch for the next day! The staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the lighting as my husband couldn't see the menu but overall, it was a memorable night, and we will definitely be back.“

“The best pizza and subs anywhere. Furr-get Aboutit I had a slice of cheese pizza and an orange soda while waiting for the rest of my order and it turned out to be the best pizza ever. I also had a delicious cheese-steak sub with fries and my mother got an egg sandwich. All the food came out quick fast and in a hurry and was extremely tasty. Would recommend to any local or hungry traveler. I met the two brothers that run the place and they seem like good guys.“

“We visited last night. We were greeted right away. The service was so good. I had Shells Aurora. Simply amazing. Pasta and chicken was cooked perfectly. My boyfriend didn't see chicken marsala on the menu. only chicken parmesan.He asked and they made him the chicken marsala. So good too. We ordered wine. I had the Cabernet and he had the Pino Noir .Both wines were rich and savory. Very tasty. The floor manager even came up to make sure we were happy. That was very nice. we received the check and the server boxed up our food for us. The check really was not expensive. I paid and gave a 25% tip. I normally don't care either way with itailian resteraunts but this place was so nice. Rustic and warm atmosphere, pleasant staff, and amazing food. Will visit again for sure.“

I have been home bound and on oxygen for three years now and the kindness the staff has shown when I call to order or the regular two drivers who always take the time to make sure I get my delivery knowing it takes me few minutes to make it to the door is nothing short of amazing. “First and foremost yes it’s inside of what seems to be a dieing mall. But to get to the point there is basically more food spots in the mall then actual interesting stores in my opinion so I went there to eat because I hadn’t had food yet. With that being said I kept walking almost to the end of the mall by where sears was and there it was. I have to say the place is great from service to food everything was amazing! If I was more local I would definitely stop in often. Our server was super friendly and outgoing she had no issue getting us anything that was needed she even took a soup back that I didn’t like without any hesitation or attitude that most other places would not do. The food was great the place was clean bar options were great like I said I have not 1 complaint . Picture was from the complimentary bread they give , and a special of the lobster/crab and shrimp ravioli . We also got the chicken parm sandwich so cheesy and the special steak which was pretty loaded! Crinkle cut fries with cheese were also great! Unfortunately didn’t take pics of the other stuff but if you like Italian food do not hesistate to stop by!!!“

“Five of us had lunch at Cafe Verdi today. I only wish we had discovered it sooner! Between us we had four different pasta dishes and 1 salmon burger. Everything was excellent- fresh, nicely presented, and delicious! The family restaurant feel, the lovely music, and the people on staff made for a most enjoyable and memorable afternoon! “Update: We have lived here nearly a year and this is still our go-to place. My oldest daughter is now vegan and they custom make her vegan breadsticks. Love these guys! We order from here usually once per week. Their plain pizza is classic. I think they put cinnamon in their crust—there is something special. It’s the only pizza that all of my kids like. Win! “After 32 years out of NJ pizza has been disappointing. So now that I am in NJ for work until July, my quest is to eat 2 slices of cheese pizza at every place the locals recommend. Today, it's Joe's, and they did not disappoint!!! Highly recommend to any visitor and other locals. The test of good pizza is the point folds off the plate and it leaves a nice red oily stain on the paper plate...both were spot perfect...the crust was perfect, the cheese was gooey and flavor top notch. if I work in the area tomorrow, it's calzone or stromboli!!“

The best part for me are the Tomatoes that Yatz's uses. “This review is solely based on pizza as it is the only thing we ordered. Mine was the chicken and broccoli alfredo. It was excellent. My husband had a cheese steak pizza and he said it was only okay but feels the issue was that lettuce wilts in heat, so they use too much cheese to create a buffer. With less cheese and no lettuce he would have liked it better. He'd try a different slice but certainly still go back. Mine was excellent, so I'd still give it an A+ for pizza and I'd certainly come back again. Is it particularly fancy? No. Lighting could be better. But I'm just here for a quick slice so it doesn't matter very much. The young employees were very nice as well.“

“Seasons is a local chain of restaurants serving pizza and other Italian favorites in a crowded market. Overall, I enjoyed the offerings Seasons served though I do have a couple critiques as well.
This particular location is in the Talleyville area of New Castle county just north of Wilmington right on US 202 (Concord Pike) and is pretty easy to find. Plenty of parking as well. The atmosphere is what you'd expect, nice and clean and very contemporary. If you're expecting a rustic Italian family restaurant, this might not be your go-to but it is clean and generally spacious.
I went early on a Friday evening and it wasn't too crowded though there were at least several tables with customers so it wasn't empty. The service was good as well with the server providing a good turnaround on refills or whatever I needed. The server was also polite and did well answering any questions I had.
Being a Lenten Friday, I had to be a little creative with what I ordered for my main, which I went with a small pizza with a couple vegetables (tomato and spinach if I recall). The crust was nice and crispy and was slightly thinner than a Philly/NY-style crust but not quite Tavern/STL-style thin. Since it was crispy you couldn't quite fold it though, but I was nice and fresh. The sauce and vegetables also tasted good and overall I enjoyed the pizza. I also liked that they had herbs available to garnish your pizza with, which I have been doing more frequently with my pizza slices. The mozzarella sticks though were good, but were not quite to my liking, though. They were fresh and warm and had a crispy outside, but the cheese wasn't as stringy or gooey as I prefer. The sauce was good and worked well with the mozzarella sticks.
As they have a wide selection of dishes on their menu, I would like to come back and give them another try and see if there are other items on the menu I would enjoy. I definitely hope the service I will get next time is at least as good as my first visit.“
