The French fries were golden, crunchy, and just as tasty. Everything was fresh and made with care. Definitely coming back again soon!“

“My first time entering I was taken aback by all the smoothie options. I really enjoy a good smoothie from time to time so today I went for my first smoothie.

I ordered a chocolate caramel smoothie and the woman behind the counter made sure to note exactly how I wanted it asking all the right questions with a smile. After taking my order, she went to the back and seemed to be making sure it was made correctly.

When the smoothie was ready, the presentation was great! It looked almost too good to drink though I'm really glad I did because the flavor was PERFECT!!!

I will definitely be going there for my smoothie drinks from now on and can't wait to try all their other flavors!!!

Staff was awesome & welcoming!

The food is definitely good! However, I’m completely appalled with the amount of “sauce” they put on my platters. So much so, I stopped eating to write a review! Everyone comes for the “sauce”, no reason I should be using 3 extra containers on 1 platter!

Another critique; The gentlemen behind the counter are scrambling to get orders out the door. Seemed like a very painstaking process for both the employees & customers.

Again, they just opened, so these things are expected. I DO NOT intend to business bash, by any means, I simply just want to give some constructive feedback from a customer’s point of view! I will update my review during my next visit!

“We have a few hot chicken restuarants near where I'm at, but they don't compare to Daves Hot Chicken. Their chicken are always fresh and I've never seen breading fall off the chicken compared to other hot chicken restuarants. Molly and the rest of the colleagues who work here are really kind as well.“

“Gai Chicken is a mixed bag for me. Their wings are hands-down the best in town - crispy, flavorful, and addictive! However, I've been disappointed multiple times by their consistent lack of roasted chicken. It's a staple menu item, but somehow always 'unavailable'.

Why tease us with an option you can't deliver? Despite this frustration, their wing game is strong enough to keep me coming back. Improve your inventory management, Gai Chicken, and you'll easily earn that 5th star!

I had such a great visit to Chick-fil-A recently, and I just had to share how amazing the experience was—especially thanks to an incredible team member named Spencer Barrett. From the moment I walked in, Spencer was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He made sure my order was perfect and even went out of his way to check if I needed anything else.

It’s not every day you get service that feels this personal and thoughtful. Spencer’s attitude was so positive, and he clearly cares about making people’s day better. The food was delicious as always (shoutout to the waffle fries and chicken sandwich), but the customer service truly made this visit stand out.

“It’s OK the food is pretty decent. The customer service they can kind of work on some things but it’s just like any other fast food place. They do the best that they can try and get the food out. There is always leading there to sit down. It feels like to say or you can take out or you can do DoorDash grab Uber eats I believe so it’s not a bad place. I definitely would recommend it.“

Don’t sleep on the platters. The price is so cheap and the rice to meat ratio is the reverse of what you would expect. You’ll be looking for more rice in your platter, just drowning in meat. My first impression was that the floors were very sticky I assume it was from the fountain drinks spillage the sitting tables were filled with stains and crumbs...I immediately clean the tables and chairs that I choose. “Second time having it. Food is amazing each time. I ordered in first time and second time doordashed. Presentation is amazing and nice and crispy outside and tender juicy inside. I called to make sure they include pickled radish. Because sometimes other places dont give it unless you request. Owner was nice and kind to offer bigger size radish. And I didnt pick sauce. He included some sauce on the side for me to try. Each time their service is amazing. Offering additional flavor to try. Etc. I cannot wait to try more.

“I always have the best experiences at Federal Donuts. Today I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich which was so good I forgot to take a photo. I also had a classic vanilla sprinkle donut that was absolutely perfect.

During Phish’s Baker’s Dozen run at Madison Square Garden in 2017, the band played 13 shows with no repeated songs, and each night had a unique donut theme like coconut, powdered, or red velvet. As fans arrived, Federal Donuts gave out special donuts that matched the theme of the night, which often inspired fun setlist choices or song references.
