“It's a decent place overall but the wifi is lacking, you can't place your order outside because of the poor wifi and when you come in you have to connect to their sad wifi. Which makes the whole process three times longer than it should.“

“They always go above and beyond to make sure my order is correct and they always make my coffee just right. I love it!Edit: I go to this dunkin every day. They know what I want and only have to say "can I get a large iced coffee." They are very accommodating to when I have co-workers in the car and need to split our order (I use the app for the rewards, and they use cash or a card) and everything is always good. They are friendly and talk to us while we wait but usually get us out of there as fast as they can because they know we are on our way to work. 10/10.“

Second I’ve yet to eat or drink something here I would not recommend, but, I have some favorites for sure- Dharma, OM, power yogurt bowl, always Iced coffee with oat milk. Highly recommend stopping and giving Katie and her crew a try.“

He will take care of you with the most joy and attention to detail. I have never seen anyone there have an "off day" or exude anything other than kindness and the utmost respect. “This was the nicest Dunkin' I've ever been to. The customer service was very friendly and the drive-thru moved pretty fast but my order was correct and honestly, the food and tea were really good. Again, I've never had customer service so friendly and helpful in my ordering process. The lobby is currently closed so it's only drive-thru only but it moves pretty fast.“

“This establishment is highly accommodating to vegans such as I with their delicious hot chocolate at no extra cost to bear plant milk (unlike some of those unethical large chains). That lead to an enriching conversation between Christian and I. Their wide variety of coffee flavors also gave me a delightful breakfast flavor this morning with their Smores-flavored brew.“

At Longwood, the florist decorated it with edible flower petals to make it even more beautiful. It was delicious and there was enough cake for everyone (around 100 guests)! Thank you so much! They also give you a free anniversary cake if you ask!“

“For a rest stop Dunkin this place is always clean, the staff are friendly, and I enjoy there ice coffee immensely. I had the empanadas breakfast sandwich and they are delicious.
