“They always go above and beyond to make sure my order is correct and they always make my coffee just right. I love it!Edit: I go to this dunkin every day. They know what I want and only have to say "can I get a large iced coffee." They are very accommodating to when I have co-workers in the car and need to split our order (I use the app for the rewards, and they use cash or a card) and everything is always good. They are friendly and talk to us while we wait but usually get us out of there as fast as they can because they know we are on our way to work. 10/10.“

“I’ve been going to Karma for months now and realized I’ve never taken the time to post a review. First, some wonderful people work here. Second I’ve yet to eat or drink something here I would not recommend, but, I have some favorites for sure- Dharma, OM, power yogurt bowl, always Iced coffee with oat milk. “This was the nicest Dunkin' I've ever been to. The customer service was very friendly and the drive-thru moved pretty fast but my order was correct and honestly, the food and tea were really good. Again, I've never had customer service so friendly and helpful in my ordering process. The lobby is currently closed so it's only drive-thru only but it moves pretty fast.“

“This is the ONLY place I ever and will ever get my coffee during the week. Bruno has consistently given the very best customer service and has quickly become my favorite person to visit. He will take care of you with the most joy and attention to detail. I have never seen anyone there have an "off day" or exude anything other than kindness and the utmost respect. The drinks are made to perfection and the espresso is done *perfectly*. Starbucks who? Go see Bruno so he can take care of you too!“

“This establishment is highly accommodating to vegans such as I with their delicious hot chocolate at no extra cost to bear plant milk (unlike some of those unethical large chains).
