“Today I had a horrible customer experience with Subahan I understand he is young but a piece of advice no matter the personal situation you must always have respect for the customer, out of respect I will not speak on the experience in detail. But instead I will choose to highlight the positive way the experience ended.

The manager Ali was indeed very professional, assertive and swift at defusing the situation before it could escalate not only did he diffuse the matter he was even polite when I came back. Located in the food court of Willowbrook Mall in Wayne, Blaze Pizza was our choice for lunch today. My partner and I haven’t been in a long time, and first timers here.

Their pies are made custom for each patron to see on an assembly line. The topping selection is of wide variety and looks fresh. There are several predesigned pizzas to choose from if one has a hard time making up their mind. The kitchen uses an oven that heats the 11-inch with 6-slice pizzas in about four minutes.

We decided on the meatball pie and the 4 cheese pizza. The crust was incredibly thin. The ingredients and quality definitely beat affordable pizza chains like Domino’s Pizza and were tasty. The staff were all polite, and the place was spotless. Prices were very reasonable, and the wait was no longer than at any other pizzeria. We can recommend this place.“
