“My boyfriend made reservations to Del Porto to celebrate my 43rd Birthday. This was our 1st time visiting this restaurant. The restaurant is nicely decorated and very clean. The staff are all nice especially our server Fermin. He was very pleasant and always had a warm smile. Our food was very delicious from the appetizer, crispy eggplant ,to my main course Bronzino and to my Tahitian Creme Brulee desert. I loved this restaurant and my experience here. “2nd time to visit. They have non dairy milk which is appreciated. The first time I ordered a Thai tea and with me ordered a dragonfruit green tea drink with dragonfruit popping bubbles. This time I got a taro milk tea and they got a taro Vietnamese iced coffee with boba. Everything has always been tasty. I have preferred the drinks that weren’t mine ? so now I am curious to try different things that aren’t typical. The woman that (likely) owns it was very sweet both times. “Consistently my favorite cookie shop, they make the best rainbow cookies (each individually coated in chocolate.) The brownies are great if you want a chocolate fix, I especially love the salted caramel brownies. They also have great hamentashen and Italian cookies if you want something lighter.I haven't found anything here that I haven't loved except maybe the cookie/brownie. I prefer brownies to be gooey and chewy, while I prefer chocolate chip cookies to be thin and crispy. When you combine them you get something that's neither and it just doesn't do it for me (though if these types of combos are your thing I hear they're very good here.)“

“Came here to pick up food for the second time tonight, I can say they have been absolutely amazing both times. Me and my partner got cheese flautas and my aunt got the whiskey burger. The food was exactly what we asked for and was delicious. My partner and I are vegetarian and they have lots of options for us which is awesome. Now the horchata, the large is HUGE and it is so good I didnt even want to share it lol that is how delicious it is. There was a man singing and his voice is great it made me so happy. Hadn't heard much about this spot, but I had to try it as part of my mission to have all the pizza on Staten Island. The box boasted that they were among Staten Island's best thin and crispy pizzas. I was skeptical. Then I was pleasantly surprised. Hidden gem right here! Sauce was tasty. The bottom of the pie had a unique crunch. Good crust. Surprising amount of flop, but it didn't hurt it. Of course, they are wonderful, but one of the side benefits is that Maggie Cooks helps you prepare better meals at home. When I had the trio of stuffed vegetables for dinner, I realized that sometimes more seasoning is better than less. After I tasted my wife's roasted salmon sandwich with basil mayonnaise and caramelized onions, I realized there is more than salmon salad. One unadvertised special is that every meal comes with a tiny and absolutely delicious dessert. Hire them for the holidays, but don't forget Maggie and Jane when you're thinking about what to have for lunch or dinner, too. Six of us took a tour and decided to try the ice cream when we were done four of them had the black raspberry ice cream with black with chocolate chunks and I fudge over the top, it was delicious. “Love this spot! The staff are always super welcoming and friendly. My partner and I usually go to the sister location on Rt 9 in Old Bridge but it is so nice having a Filipino restaurant closer to home. They make everything to order so the food is always nice and fresh. They know us by name at this point and basically know our order by heart, unless we switch it up. Definitely recommend if you want something a little different than the norm around here. They do also have some more standard fare like teriyaki chicken, bbq pork sticks etc. the bubble tea here is great!“

“When I arrived this place had just opened and it was cold inside. , I made an order, the order was ready very quickly within five minutes, I ordered soup ? beef pho, the soup was not traditional but tasty, brought in a plastic disposable plate, the spoon was also small and plastic and it was not very convenient to eat it, I don’t know why they use this plastic usually the soup is served in traditional Vietnamese ceramic plates, and the spoon is also traditional, I like their spoons ? and here the plastic was not comfortable to eat because of this. wanted to change dishes… pho soup tasted like 5 stars delicious real… sprouted beans were fresh.. who likes real traditional pho you need to visit this place… inside is clean comfortable and cozy.. recommend to everyone . only one minus is this plastic dish ?Good was great! The atmosphere was really nice and Ian was a great . Suggested the wings, and I wasn't disappointed. Will go back again and try the ribs next time, and I think so no more plastic plates and spoons..“

They apparently didn't have them or had run out that night (although it wasn't extremely busy) and without informing me, they just substituted some salmon- not exactly an even swap! I should have been told they didn't have a key component of the dish, so I could opt for another entree. It was good, but the idea it was advertised as containing scallops was a deciding factor in choosing that particular dish.“

Expect to pay around 13-14 dollars per person.In total this order was 30 dollars (two bowls) which isn’t bad because it’s a voluntary choice, the quality is nice, the place is nice and so on.Give this place a try. I don’t regret trying it. It was really good.Kid-friendliness: So this place is right next to a gym and a high school so I truly expected there to be more young adults but there were actually many middle schoolers there with their parents ordering bowls.
