It has yellowtail, ikura and avocado. I havent see any other sushi place do this combo before but its def a must try. The ikura here is flavorful and the uni is also fresh! Honestly, the sushi ala cart is where it's at, best scallop I've had and my second favorite. The Toro hand roll was my favorite/amazing, specialty rolls reasonably priced too. “Island Spa was already one of the best places I'd visited, and on top of that, their cafe is absolutely outstanding! Their sushi is one of the best I've had in Jersey without a doubt. I tried the crab roll and the spicy tuna and both were delicious and almost melted in my mouth. The authentic flavor really came through in each roll! The process to order is great and really safe which made me feel really comfortable to order here again (which I did two more times). You can order online and the host will bring out the food to you outside so it is essentially curbside pickup. Everyone is wearing a mask and gloves and the service is fast as well. After our drinks came, we ordered our food. The food was made fresh and were big portions. The chicken teriyaki were tasty strips with carrots, broccoli, onions, and mushrooms (which we took out). The chicken noodles came in a big bowl, but was missing a little flavor. The Shrimp teriyaki had many jumbo sized shrimp. It took a little longer to make but was good overall. First the place was packed, so factor that, but still shouldn't wait 20 minutes to have your BYOB wine opened. Took another 20 before order was taken, and then entrees arrived 3 minutes after appetizers. Took another 20 after we were done to order coffee and dessert. They brought the coffee, then nothing until the waitress comes over with check. I asked about the desserts we ordered and she was clueless. They did try to make it right by giving us some sambuca and the desserts we ordered to go, no charge. So they tried. All in all I'll be back. The food is worth it and maybe this was just too much for a new waitress. But I may stick with lunchtime.“

There are prepared foods and a bakery as well. Fresh fish if you want it. The butcher has standard fare on display but will also accommodate custom orders. You contact him through a Ring doorbell in the meat section and discuss over its speaker. Weird, but there you go. Prices are much what you'd expect for kosher food, meaning high, but not the establishment's fault. It's nice to finally have a significant source of kosher food on Staten Island. Recommended“
