“We have gone here every weekend ever since we found out about this place! I wish they opened earlier than 11 am :( - Their coffee (specifically lattes) are out of this world. Before, LaVazza had my favorite lattes, but now CB does! Not only that, but $4-5 for an amazing good sized-coffee? I have probably had 15 by now and I have never had a bad one. I've tried most of their specialty candy bar lattes but the Jack Frost is my favorite - Service is outstanding. I've been served by multiple employees and so far they've all been extremely nice and helpful. Both dine-in and take-out. They are also very fast - Food is also extremely good, but, in my opinion a bit too expensive for what it is. However, the size is decent and it tastes very high quality. 15% lower price would be better. The chicken parm sandwich and caesar salad are my favorites and one of the best I've ever had (longhorn beats their caesar). Food has not disappointed so far - Environment is also nice. Clean area, clean bathrooms, and bonus that it's not always jam packed so it's quite peaceful Food I have tried and enjoyed: quesadilla, grilled chicken nachos, fries, caesar salad, classic pizzette, cheeseburger, sicily stuffed chicken wrap, chicken brushette wrap, chicken broccoli cheddar wrap, chicken cordon bleu wrap. Their chicken is also fantastic“

“Our caramel and vanilla lattes were excellent. The barista was very friendly and did a great job. My only complaint was that there were less than 10 donuts with only a couple types, no munchkins or any other pastry to speak of. The donuts I purchased were delicious though. In their defense, it was late in the afternoon. That being said, it was surprising to me that the inventory was that low.

“Whoever owns this store needs to give Carlos a huge raise. Every morning he is hussling his butt off and really sincerely cares about his regulars that come in. I have never seen someone run around like he does. He basically handles the morning rush all by himself, it’s honestly incredible. I don’t even mind waiting for my orders because I know he’s a one man show. As someone who worked at a coffee chain for five years I would consider it a privilege to have him on my team. “My new location! I literally live less than 5 minutes from a different location. The last few times I've gone there I've had nothing but problems from the food being burnt. The food not being correct. Selections not being available. But THIS Dunkin is amazing!!“

“I only order from this venue through the Mobile App and do Pick up, but I gave this place a five based solely on the customer service and their ability to stick to the time frame given by Starbucks. My coffee is always hot when I pick it up,(Trust me that is not a given in some places)and the employees always greet me and say goodbye when I walk in the door. Also right near the Parkway so it is easy to hop off, get my coffee and hop right back on the Parkway in less than 5 minutes.“

“I prefer this Dunkin' over the one closer to my house. The other location always seems to mess up my orders—the drinks taste terrible, and my wraps are either overcooked or undercooked.
