“There used to be Roy Rogers restaurants on the NY state thruway. Would specifically stop at those rest stations to go to a Roy Rogers. Sadly, NY got rid of the Roy Rogers. I was down in Brick today, and this Roy Rogers was amazing! Food was fantastic. Just as good as I remember. Fries were salted to perfection. Burger was juicy. I wish Roy Rogers would make a comeback. “This spot is a little over an hour away but we hit it after trips to the gun range. Restaurant was clean and service was quick. Prices have gone up a touch but that is kinda everywhere. Tastes are exactly what I expect and remember everytime“

You order your food (from multiple food options) from a kiosk & when your order is ready your name is called & they hand you your bagged food. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger Detroit style personal pizza (which was delicious). I also ordered brisket just in case I didn't like the pizza. I didn't have the brisket yet. The pizza was plenty & it was great. If I'm ever passing through the area again I would DEFINITELY stop here. Plenty of food options to choose from.“

During our last visit I was completely impressed and brought to tears on how much this staff cares about their customers. My dad was on life support in the ICU and we needed a quick bite before heading back to the hospital. The two staff members working saw how upset and exhausted my husband and I were and decided to bless us with a meal. These two went beyond exceptional customer service taking the time to notice and care. We are so grateful and we look forward to going back and paying it forward. “I think Jersey Mike's gets a lot of unnecessary criticism in New Jersey. Yes, I have had subs from other places up here including Lenny's. However, this place does really well. We got four subs and they were all delicious with plenty of meat. In this case I would say they were nice and balanced. Really great store with great people working inside.

“I like the fact that they have gluten free bread. However, it cost me $38 for 2 gluten free subs a small container of potato salad and there was barely any meat on my sandwich. They definitely should step up the quantity of the meat for what you are paying. I'm better off going to diesels getting a sub in a tub and buying my own baguette from shoprite.“

“I felt so sorry for the Manager who had to close the dining room because she had no help. she apologized to my grandson and I and asked us to let her know when we were done eating and she would unlock the door and let us out. it was just the Manager and 1 employee. the drive thru was packed. she called her boss, who was no help at all. there are jobs, people just don't want to work. kudos to the manager who handled the situation the only way she could. we love the food and will definitely be going back there again.“

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Jake and Samantha for the incredible job they did today. They were dealing with an overwhelming volume of orders along with nonstop DoorDash and Uber drivers, many of whom were frustrated, impatient, and unfortunately taking that frustration out on the staff.

Despite all of that pressure, both Jake and Samantha remained calm, professional, and respectful throughout the entire situation. They handled the business on their own to the absolute best of their ability, kept things moving, and represented the team extremely well under difficult circumstances.

Employees who can maintain composure, professionalism, and strong customer service in high-stress environments like that are extremely valuable. I genuinely believe their hard work and dedication deserve recognition and honestly, a raise.

“i ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito on the app & i removed the chipotle sauce and added jalapeno sauce and paid the .50 up-charge for it bc i don’t like the chipotle sauce. when i got home and took a bite or my burrito there was a lot of chipotle sauce so we called and explained and they told us to come back through the drive through and we came back and they gave us 3 coupons for free tacos and gave me the right burrito. i always order on the app and 9/10 they get it right here & when they don’t they’re really nice about it. ty taco bell baddies for the coupons & the delicious burrito 💗“
