“The food is top notch. From the soup to the sushi. Even the ice cream is delicious. What really bothers me though is the service. There is a 90 minute time limit which I get but when you are rushed to get out by an hour that’s not right. Also when you’re hounding tables waiting to literally take a plate because you have nothing else to do that’s a problem. Finally when you’re coming up to tables and asking them for platters back because you don’t have enough supposedly that’s not good either. Last night I was hounded constantly. Twice I had people tell me to move my sushi to my paper plate because they needed the platter. May I suggest buying more platters. Love the food and yes I know I’ll be back but the service was ridiculous in your face. Don’t come here for date night because they don’t leave you alone“

“Me and my family have been coming here for years and they never disappoint. The sushi here is so fresh, and they have more fish options than any other place I’ve been to. The owners are wonderful and the service is fast and efficient. What’s not to love?“

“Sushi is good and fresh. My only gripe was that the tempura platter wasn't actually tempura. It was more of a fried sampler. If I had known, I probably wouldn't have ordered it. Service is good and they're pretty quick. They have great lunch specials which I've gotten before.“

“Great assortment of fresh raw fish- mackerel, white n red tuna, yellowtail, in sashimi sushi platter. Friend had pine box- chicken teriyaki, spring roll n sushi- comes with soup n salad. Food was served quickly and food was delicious.
Crowded on weekend night- does tremendous take out business. Bring your own. Staff is friendly and eager to please.“

“I've been coming here on-off for about 3 years, I think? It's a lovely, quiet place. I'm rarely in the mood for sushi but from my occasional hunt, the bulgogi roll lured me here. And the simple atmosphere & excellent service made me come back again, and again. Although I don't have many pictures of my dining or pickups from here, I highly recommend the bulgogi or pink salmon special (seared roll)

A master sushi chef straight from Tokyo, or Fukuoka, or Hokaido, sitting in Shoprite taking orders?They make good sushi when it's just made. “We love Tempura Place! We go probably weekly and often order platters for parties. They know us by name and are very friendly with us. We have friends of friends who rave about the party platters we bring. The food is fresh & delicious!“

The sushi is good and the service is very nice. It not a huge place, but it's comfortable. We like that the candies as you leave are chupa-chups and kopiko!

They have a few tempura rolls, a few naruto rolls (cucumber wrapped, no rice), and a whole 2 pages for regular and special rolls. I enjoyed everything my table tried. Lots of variety to find something for you!

Lost a star for me on service - vibe is nice but we waited a while to order and receive our check even though there were very few guests dining in on a Friday night. Seems like a great takeout choice otherwise!“

“Recently We had dinner here .it was our first time .as soon as I walked in I was attracted by the unique decorations here .it was well themed atmosphere, I felt calming and welcoming and my kids love the fish decorations.

The food here is great . They have creative sushi menu.there is so many exotic rolls you can choose and they offer kids menu .
We ordered the sushi pizza, sushi love boat ,sweet heart roll gyoza and Thai calamari. Everything tested fresh.all very delicious. The service was attentive and friendly.By the way it’s BYOB.

“This is my new favorite sushi restaurant. I’ve never been disappointed with any of the food I’ve gotten. My favorites are the salmon and tuna fashion rolls but everything is delicious.
