Manager Aaron set the tone—warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive not just to us, but to every guest in the room. And the food? Exceptional. We started with the burrata, which melted in our mouths—creamy, delicate, and beautifully plated. Aaron steered us toward the burger, and we’re so glad he did. It's easily one of the best we’ve had—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The truffle fries were crisp, aromatic, and impossible to stop eating. We sampled a few different cocktails, each one better than the last, balanced and creative. And to finish, the gluten-free donuts were a revelation—light, warm, and just as good as any beignet we’ve had in New Orleans.
