“O'Donnell's Pub has the best Guinness I've ever had. (And I have been to Ireland). Most places must use the wrong gases, or don't clean the beer lines and it taste almost grassy. Not a O'Donnell's. It is smooth and just fantastic.“

“Stumbled upon this welcoming pub after a long working day during UN Week in NYC. As my hotel was near Carteret was able to hop off the NYC bus and stroll right in. Trivia night was on and that was a welcome diversion - as was the prompt and friendly service and the cold beer! BTW, $5 Happy Hour is Monday-Saturday 5-8pm. I’m a wing snob so didn’t give them a high ranking but definitely in the zone of tasty and comfort food! Highly recommended!!!“

“I was recently in New Jersey for a concert and staying at a hotel for a few nights. My friend and I were looking for a quick bite to eat nearby. We decided to go to this place on a whim and it turned out to be one of the best decisions ever. The atmosphere was incredible. Everyone in there was so cool and the bartender was fantastic and very helpful. She recommended the Jack Daniels burger so we both went with it. When I tell you we both dreamed about this burger for our entire trip. We ended up going back to this place two more times. It was such a great local place with great people. I can’t recommend it enough. If you’re ever in the area go there and get the Jack Daniels burger. Talk to the locals. Have a pint and enjoy the vibes. 5/5. 10/10. Incredible.“

The owner, Kim, helped us with the menu, was totally delightful and you can truly tell she enjoys her customers and being there. I am going back .. soon. The servers working are attentive and friendly. All of this is a 10/10, but I need to talk about the food. The wings at this spot are by far the best wings you will ever have in your entire life. When you are listening to some of the best songs you ever heard, while receiving the best service you have ever had the pleasure of receiving, you will be sitting down eating the best wings you have ever had in your entire life. These wings changed my life. I have a new answer to my "what would your last meal be" answer after consuming the wings at this pub. Nothing will ever replace how I felt when I was at this special pub. Cannot recommend more.“

We ordered fried mushrooms which were previously frozen and not very good and I had the buffalo wings which were average with little flavor. We both had a salad which was good and then a bar pie and eggplant parmesan which was good.“

From entry to exit everyone was super friendly and professional. We sat in backroom and they accommodated our request to turn on golf. Ordered some beers ( guess yall dont know what a lime wash is but no bother)
Got some calamari to start and praise be they had tentacles...onto the entrees the other two got fish and chips which im told was awesome other than one of them is a bumpkin and compared it to catfish..I had the pear and goat cheese salad with the flank steak absolutely perfect 👌.“

“It is under New Management has a new owner they call it the after dark lounge hot hot ladies and the street artists walkthrough and very safe environment inside and outside. The owner also owns LaRouge lounge downtown Newark this is a great place to go party.. lastly but not least they have an outside deck with cabanas under construction“

“First time here. Great experience. We got there right at 5 pm when they opened on a Saturday. Got table right away. 20 mins later place was packed with long wait. Wait staff was awesome. Annette stopped by our table numerous times and was fun to talk too and welcoming. Shrimp beeps were our favorite. Eggplant was awesome. Garlic pasta and savoy chicken were so tasty. Could not have been more pleased. Great prices too. Old school atmosphere that is fun to experience. But it’s not a place you can linger, you eat and go. Highly recommend for good simple Italian food.“
