“Picked up my first order of pierogis from here today. Honestly blew my expectations, the best I ever had. I didn’t order ahead so just picked up the cheese and potato which was made fresh same day. I’ve been eating pierogis my whole life and this batch was just incredible. The dough was so perfectly thin and tender. No one likes the thick and chewy dough every other stores sells because it’s easier to fold and cook. The stuffing was also as great as my grandmother used to make it. 5 stars for taste. The price was about $1.15 per pierogi which unfortunately what things cost these days. I know the labor that goes into each pierogi so I find the price still very reasonable for the quality you receive. The slightly cheaper options are usually premade in a factory and do not have this freshness and quality so I will start making this my new pierogi spot and look forward to catering from here when I have a gathering.“

“Casual take out Chinese with poor parking and a storefront that shows its time. Food preparation was quick. Food is fresh and delicious. My order is general tso chicken. As show in the attached photos, the chicken fills up the side of the container and is not layered over rice like some places do to cut costs. The portion is generous and I'm sure they just barely closed the lid. The chicken is cooked perfectly, lightly battered, fried to a crispy exterior and moist interior, I'm guessing dark meat which I prefer anyway. The sauce is tasty in this americanized version. The broccoli is fresh and healthy and steamed perfectly. The fried rice is excellent with pork, bean sprouts, green onions, and yellow onions. This rice was cooked expertly with wok hei, which is char, giving the rice a undertone of smoke. I'd pair this rice against that of upscale restaurants. Pork in the rice is abundant. Exerything in this order was fresh and cooked perfectly. My one negative is that general tso is supposed to have szechaun peppers and have heat, but this was sweet which is on par for most americanized Chinese eateries in the tri state area. As a visitor, I'm saddened I don't live closer to here as I would visit frequently. I do cook Chinese cuisine at home and can appreciate the technique and flavor in this order.\nOverall, excellent!\n\nEdit. This is now my third time coming here. The quality is consistently excellent. As I enjoy my lunch again I can taste that the oil use is fresh and clean.\nChinese has been my favorite cuisine since I was a child. For americanize szechuan, this is the BEST takeout I've had. I live in ny and come to this area twice a year for work. I look forward to coming here exclusively every trip. “I feel like this pizza place is a few things away from being really amazing but I'm not even sure they will review this email to improve which is kind of unfortunate. On this trip I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and the grandma pie. The buffalo chicken was good, the deep dish was half baked which I liked. The chicken was cooked just right and the crust was pillowy, flaky, and a good crunch on it. The cheeses you could tell were premium. I think what was missing from the pizza however was blue cheese and some sort of seasoning to make it pop. The buffalo was present, not too much heat, but one or both of the two aforementioned ingredients were missing to bring it over the top to make it great. The grandma pie on the other hand was thin crust and the seasoning was very apparent upon tasting more so than the buffalo. The olive oil, sauce, cheese, and garlic/parmesan on top set it apart as being really good. I liked the grandma pie and would recommend that to anyone. I do want to mention, I placed my order 30 minutes before arrival. After arriving, I noticed that the system being used to receive order was delayed so my order wasn't received until arrival. This was surprising because I just assumed by conversation but it wasn't explicitly stated to me. This brings me to my other point, communication is really important for customers. If something happened with my order it would be great to give the opportunity to inform the customer to let them know if they would still like to proceed with the order, provide their money back, or just acknowledge that something happened and offer a beverage or something or a slice from the shelf while they wait due to the delay. It's really the little things like that can really bring more business and transparency. I didn't mind it because I wasn't in a rush but others may not be. Communication I really think is key to keep customers. Just providing a suggestion and no harm intended. I just hope someone views this in time before it happens again.“
