“I e cream is great, nice building and atmosphere, rude pretentious staff. I came with a 2 year old, she needed a diaper change, they told me the restrooms were closed to customers and only for staff. I got my little girl her ice cream and a guy who appeared to be a manager told us to get out because they dont allow indoor seating. it's a shame because the ice cream is great and it's a great location“

“We hired the sushi chef to come to our house to celebrate my birthday. Andrew responded so quickly to all of my emails and questions and I was never waiting long for a reply. We were so happy with the dragon boat display and the chef was very pleasant to work with, he always asked us if we wanted any special requests and kept filling the boat for us. “In 2024, the Monsey area is filled with catering establishments, take-out store, and bakeries, and yet Glaubers, which has been here forever, is still the best. They have catered kiddushin and a wedding for us and we were always greatly satisfied. When you go to the store you will find fresh and delicious food, and the people serving you are even more delicious! If you haven't been to Glaubers yet, go tomorrow.“

Was absolutely gracious to our coordinating director and all around pleasure to work with Big A (that’s what I’ll call her 😁). From morning to night, I watched her carry herself with grace like pressure was not a thing at all. Her experience in the field was definitely top notch and she stayed hands on throughout the day (and I mean THE WHOLE DAY!) She stayed attentive for anything or any person which I’m sure is a huge thing to juggle whether the wedding party is big or small. Her team made sure to take care of so much for the couples’ day and the aftermath of everything coming together made it a dream to see it all after the long day we had.

“We hired Chef Ken for our son's college graduation party and it was wonderful! I've received so many comments from my guests about how fantastic the food was, and how much they enjoyed the menu. Ken stayed on site for the duration of the party, and ensured that everyone and everything was taken care of throughout. He ensured that my guests with food allergies were taken care of, both during the planning of the menu and at the time of the event. His employee Ron was also a delight to work with, and provided friendly, warm and excellent bartending for us. Beyond the work that the day of the party required, I need to mention that I hosted this party at a county park. There ended up being a ton of paperwork that had to be completed in the days before the party so that the park would issue me the permits, and Ken walked me through it all. He continued to stay on top of all communications from the park, and ensured that all the licensing and vendor requirements were met, including dealing with the Fire Marshall's stringent safety requirements for park use. I am highly recommending Amarillo Grilling to everyone who is looking for a catering company. Fantastic experience!“

He immediately put my mind at ease was willing to work with everything that I had wanted to, even took the time to stay on the phone with me while we were both online checking out pictures of different platters and different options to have. I threw myself a surprise 50th birthday party, and I wanted to have something different besides the normal Italian buffet. What I want to show you is absolutely spectacular, and as beautiful as it looks it doesn't compare to the taste. They were so professional brought in these beautiful heavy metal platters with serving spoons, tongues, and they also brought chopsticks soy sauce and a spicy male sriracha. I ordered a Kani salad and a Seaweed salad to go along with the different platter that I wanted. It was truly an amazing experience. Don't sleep on the opportunity to hire them to cater your next event. Mine was about a hundred people, and again I had other food but this was definitely the star of the show.“
