“Ordered a matcha einspanner and it was really really good. They apologized for taking a while because they had to hand whip their handmade whipped cream and it wasn’t even a long wait. The whipped cream was sooo good, especially with matcha powder on top. They added a lotus cookie on top too.“

The complete opposite vibe of some commercial chains I've been where it almost feels they just want to give you the order and get you out.
