“They are a great company to work with and I love the awning. We ended up needing an awning that extended out 13' as we we recently installed a new deck that gets a lot of sun. I found a bunch of awnings that extended out 10', but the longer awnings were harder to come by. I found some, but I was not confident. I ended searching the internet, found Alutex, they came by and we ironed out exactly what I needed. The awning is a roof mounted 20' x 13'. The awning makes the deck such a nicer space now as when we have people over in the summer the sun won't beat down on us. You'll be happy with this company as they care about their customers and product.“

Early on a Sunday during the summer was far from their busy time, so we had a chance to chat. For starters, we shared an apple mango salad. Shame on me for not reading the menu. The dressing is apple mango. Home made! I was looking for mango in the salad. Apple, craisins, two kinds of cheese…. Perfect for a hot July day. My wife ordered the shrimp marinara over spinach instead of pasta. Delicious and even more impressive was that the shrimp had their tails removed. A great touch. The piece de resistance was my scallop special. Scallops topped with Crabcake coating topped with bacon. Served over a bed of spinach with cherry tomatoes and more. My wife called it spectacular. I thought it was a taste of heaven. Couldn’t figure out one taste in the sauce. Originally thought mango, but there was none in the salad. Had to ask if it was peach? Mango was the winner. The dish was a bigger winner!“

“Tonight I had the pleasure to dine at Bici restaurant in Ramsey, NJ. From the minute I walked in, I knew I was going to like it! You are greeted in such a warm and friendly manner. One of the owners, Marcello makes his rounds around the room speaking to his customers and making you feel at home. Everything I ordered was delicious and the waiters are so polite and attentive. It was after 8:00 pm and we thought we would try Lavagna, knowing that they may not be able to accommodate the 12 of us as is was late and Friday's are usually very busy. We asked and they went out of their way to seat us as close as possible and served us with a smile even with two picky kids in tow. The food was delicious, as always. The waiters worked together as if each movement was rehearsed. The food came out with perfect timing and each dish was outstanding. This was not our first time at Fino. “This is a classic New Jersey pizzeria. Owner is very nice. The workers are very nice and one thing I noticed about this restaurant is they are very, very clean, which says a lot nowadays. I’ve had different slices throughout the years and it’s always good today. I tried the buffalo slice. This one was pretty good. There was a lot of cheese on it and when they make their buffalo slice, they have the tomato sauce with it so it depends on your preference. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area next time.“
