“Very friendly and attentive staff! This was a great experience. Bread came out with a plate of delicious mozzarella and tomato in olive oil (complimentary). I had shrimp parm that was very tasty. Loved the sauce. I ordered it with the roasted potatoes, and although I thought they were a bit lacking in flavor (need some spice or something), I was so happy that I had a choice of pasta, salad, or potato. My husband had the chicken sorrentino and really liked that too. He ordered it with a salad and that also was good. We ordered two desserts. Cannoli was good, but I've had better. My husband really enjoyed the banana pudding. Then they gave us zeppoles on the house, which we had to take home as we were already stuffed with good food. Highly recommend this place!“

“In my opinion, Perusia has the best thin crust pizza in town, we also loved the mussels, ravioli, bolognese, & tortellini. We were there for our Daughters birthday party today, and she and her friends loved the pizza, spaghetti & meatballs, & the pasta pomodoro and had a great time. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice, they held our birthday cake overnight for us and allowed us to decorate the table an hour before hand while the kids were at the escape room in the next shopping center. “Order their drunken grandma with garlic knots tonight for dinner. When my husband brought it home it smelled amazing! The vodka sauce had a nice flavor to it. Not too acidic. Crust was nice and thin. The garlic knots where so light and fluffy as well as loaded with garlic and Parmesan cheese. I would definitely order it again!“

Appetizer sampler was a great way to try a few things at once!I'm both happy and upset that they have several new desserts, too! I wish they had a sampler for that (!) “Toscana Pizza nestled between a bunch of high-quality restaurants surely can stand with the best of them. This establishment is run by the most welcoming, humble business owner (Billy) I have ever met. However, his food does all the talking as its always fresh and tasty. The pizza crust is perfectly crisp every time. The ratio of cheese to sauce is spot on. The toppings are high quality. The flavors complement each other in such that you can taste all the ingredients. The marinara sauce used for the other dishes has a nice balance and does not overwhelm the dish it is served with. The Sicilian slice is probably one of the best I have ever had. The grilled chicken pesto sandwich, and the grilled chicken broccoli rabe cooked to order is amazing. Also, one of my favorites is the eggplant as I can eat that every day, not too thick, not too thin. The bread is always crispy and fresh. After your meal, there is always a Thank You coming from the staff as you walk out with a smile on your face.“

“We always get delivery. They are honest when you order regarding wait time. The food is always good. I enjoy the salads, pizzas and subs and appetizers.Dietary restrictions: They don’t have a large variety for gluten-free but the cauliflower pizzas are pretty good. The gluten free crust is ok but I prefer the cauliflower crust. The salads are great as well.“

We got the eggplant rollatini appetizer which was excellent and then two pizzas. Vodka sauce with pineapples and anchovies (4/5) and her recommendation which was the fra diavolo with garlic, onion and sausage (5/5). “We've ordered from them more than five times by now, and every single time their Pizza is absolutely top-notch! I have no idea how they make their dough or their pizza sauce, but recently we got their make-your-own pizza kit to do with our child, and even that was firmly the best homemade pizza I've had in my life. They don’t pretend to be anything fancier than they are (they’re as un-fancy as a place can get), nor do they put on any airs when all you want is a slice and a Snapple.A busy man - most likely the owner - will take your order in between the conversation he’s having with the other person behind the counter, and there are old, now defunct, coin-operated bubble gum machines up against the wall, and a small menu with very likely little variation from the menu that started it all for them in the mid-70’s is lit up with press-letters in the standard see-through red you grew up seeing in pizza places as a kid.The place is freaking perfect.
