“Unlike some others we had excellent service. When ordering a salad, it was carefully chopped for easy eating. At other locations they sometimes just throw whole slices of meat on the salad which is much more difficult to cut with the chintzy plastic knives they provide.

Beyond the sub options there ard pizza, auyie annes pretzels, and slushy drinks.“

“This was the best blizzard I've ever had. All other dairy queens I've been to have made me either wrong blizzards or liquidy blizzards and God forbid they ever flip it as the dairy queen motto says. They brought us the blizzards, flipped it in front of us and they were better tasting than any blizzards I've ever had. The food was fantastic, better than any fast food place I've ever been to. I am astonished by the quality of this place. The only thing I'm disappointed in is that it isn't closer to my house.“

“Our first time going to the Totowa location (met up with friends for lunch). Staff was very friendly and helpful - we decided to eat outside and they brought the food to us quickly. We had the tacos, regular bowl with carnitas and fajita bowl with steak and pina-mango drink. Food was very tasty and freshly made. Will come back to try El Pastor. Definitely recommend Sombrero Tacoria.“

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding team at the Chick-fil-A in Wayne Towne Center. We often hear about negative experiences, but exceptional service deserves to be highlighted as well.

Recently, I needed to order approximately 20 Kids Meals for a second-grade class celebration for my daughter's birthday. I was initially hesitant because the catering menu only offered Kids Meals with chips, but I specifically wanted the children to enjoy the classic Chick-fil-A experience with nuggets and waffle fries.

After reaching out, I was connected with the management team, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Manuel Chalas, Zion, and Alvin. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly.

A special thank you to Alvin, who stepped in while Manny was out the morning of my order. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled perfectly. He carefully coordinated the pickup time, taking into account my drive to the school and making sure the food would still be fresh and enjoyable when it reached the children. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service were truly impressive.

The order was flawless. Every meal was individually packaged, every toy was included, nothing was missing, and everything was organized perfectly. The food was fresh, accurate, and ready exactly when promised.

What made this experience even more special was seeing the excitement on the children's faces. For some of them, it was their very first time trying Chick-fil-A, and watching them enjoy their meals made the celebration that much sweeter.

“As a first time visitor I found it to be a relief to get a majority of my favorite cuisines in one place.

Service at this location was a kiosk ordering process, which honestly works given the sheer amount of options.

I was worried it would be questionable given that I had American, Asian, and Spanish food, but everything came out very hot and extremely delicious. Their food was more flavorful than some of the higher end restaurants I’ve frequented in the area, which says a lot.

As a bonus, I did NOT have any weird aftertaste or finger swelling (usually when restaurants use too much salt making their dishes).

If I had to do a game night or had people with different dietary wants/needs eating with me, this would be my first stop since everything is readily available.

“i've had two different experiences at this place so i guess the service just varies? the first time they made us pay for the food at one counter and drink at the other, which was very strange. and moreover, the dude presumably in charge seemed quite impatient with us, as if we should have known about their weird system. perhaps this was due to the long line. but the second time i had no issues and paid for everything together. there was also a very nice woman that gave me samples of scrumptious little cinnamon pretzel bits, which i greatly appreciated. overall, the food is very nice and i would revisit.“

We ordered the Roma panini… it was so delicious perfect melt cheese and such a good pesto base , the chicken was so tender. “This place has been around for decades, and their fried chicken is by far the best I’ve had throughout Passaic county. It has a nice spice to it that separates it from others. Their beef patties are also delicious… and you cannot forget to order a burger!

The only concern is the location. They’re located in a dangerous part of Paterson; fortunately, nothing has happened whenever I visited, but always be on alert.“

“It's a great local spot run by Barb. Barb is the best and she makes you feel very welcome. It is super casual and she's willing to make you anything you want with the ingredients she has. She has a lot of regular customers and frequently names menu items after them. She's open early in the morning with hot coffee and breakfast items and on hot days she has ice cream and frozen treats and stuff like that as well. She makes delicious hot dogs with chili and hamburgers as well. I will definitely go back at some point soon to try the other menu items. When I go back it will be only partly for the food, but mostly just to hang out with Barb.“

“This was probably the CLEANEST fast food location I've ever been to. The bathroom, the counters, and the dining areas are spotless. And the bathroom didn't smell bad either. I had to come on here and write the review because of how impressed I was. My order was also fully correct. I usually make changes to my burger and they got everything right. I even placed my order through the app and it was ready before I even got to the restaurant (7 minute timeframe). The manager must be running the place like it's the Navy. Just a small little hole-in-the-wall place, but my chicken avocado sandwich was so tasty, and the fries were good too. Only open during the week and they keep breakfast-lunch hours. I'd call/stop by to place an order as they aren't really set up for the online platforms. I look forward to trying again.“
