Marion and Margaret are the owners and operators of this little neighborhood eatery, a true husband and wife operation, the food is delicious and the service is great. It can get crowded especially on weekends, it a hole in the wall in the heart of Port Richmond and worth it.“

“First time eating at this local restaurant. It's a little small but the waitress move around with ease and are very efficient. We got our table before the rush. There were quite a few diners that knew each other which gave a hometown comfort. The food was delivered hot and delicious. I ordered the daily special of French toast, sausage and coffee. Then added a side of hashbrowns with onions (which I heard were good and they were). My husband ordered a western omelette, grits and rye toast. I was kind enough to share some of my hashbrowns with him. We cleaned our plates and my coffee cup was always full. This all made for a satisfying tummy.Parking: They have a shared parking lot and the side parking is on an incline.Wheelchair accessibility: Not handicap friendly“

“This was my first time here, not an empty seat in the place but we did not wait long to be seated. Super friendly waitress and she didn't pressure us to order our drinks as soon as we sat down. It was hard to choose with all of the options. I ordered a regular coffee, but I also tried my daughters smoothie and my husbands salted caramel mocha chino. Those were delicious. I ordered a western omelette with potatoes and an English muffin. My omelette looked good and had a good flavor but was watery and not fully cooked on the inside, so I could only eat a few bites. The English muffin was burnt, hard as a rock and was not edible. The potatoes were good but had to pick out the cooked ones as some potato pieces were still hard and not cooked all of the way. The prices were decent and portions were pretty big. We stayed for a few minutes after paying as we were chatting with family we haven’t seen in a while. They were still very busy and I’m sure they needed our table so we wrapped up our conversation and headed out. The best thing was them giving me a to go cup for my coffee. I guess that’s their sign of they want you to get up and leave.“

“Parking: The location is "hidden" in an apartment complex. If you follow the gps it will lead you to the complex and if your standing in front of the main entrance, there's a single door towards the left which leads to the resturant. Trust me, it's worth the little adventure.“

“This spot has a great thing going for the area. My coworker suggested this place as he takes his family there. I couldn't believe how busy it was on a Thursday at 11. They sat us right down. The waitress came right out and told us about the special and took our drink order. I had the turkey chili with side of eggs, and my coworker ordered and omelette. The kitchen had it right out in no time. Our waitress came back to check on us as well. She was on it. What I also like is on they had a QR code to get info on franchising right there on the paper table mat. Interesting form to advertise. “We stayed in Brewerytown but found this hidden gem of a family run traditional diner. This is a non tourist spot where locals grab and go in a non stop in and out. Wide menu selection we ate 3 different mornings here because it was cheap, filling, and friendly, one of the few places open early morning is a plus. Family owned and mixed race staff was SO amazing to see! We always left full and happy. First time trying scrapple was just ok, like a fried patty of a dull flavored sausage. Had the 3 meat and egg combo best value. Grits were buttery and great with splashes of hot sauce. Pancakes just like something your mom would make for breakfast. BLT again nothing mind blowingly amazing, but comforting and familiar that takes you back to traditionally good homemade quality with regular ingredients. This would be same price as a Denny's but higher quality in service and quality taste. Come visit this diner is just a great Philly experience.“

“Ok so the spot don't look like nothing. But here's the key good food, Nice people, fast service and good prices. I had a turkey sausage and egg on a long roll. My wife had hers on a kaiser. We ordered home fries and whiting with grits platter. 26 bucks can't beat it. Fish did not smell fishy at all and y'all know what I'm talking about. Needed some lemon juice and hot sauce. Grits were right. They make them right. Home fries needed some doctoring up but the were good not greasy just needed a lil yom saying on it. Been in the community for years. Thanks!“

“Cute café in a shopping center. I had a turkey sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an onion bagel. It was a little on the dry side in regards to the sausage, but very savory and filling overall. Coffee was decent; I got an iced latte. Great spot with lots of tables to sit and catch up with a friend over delicious food.“
