“I’ve been coming here since 1964 and it’s still just as good! Hands down- best pizza in Philadelphia! The brothers/brothers in law have retired, but one of the sons is carrying the legacy forward. All they sell is pizza and soda, and only beef and beef pepperoni toppings. It’s no frills, but worth the ride I make every so often from Chestnut Hill. I only wished they took credit cards and stayed open later, but I understand. If you’re a pizza snob like me, do yourself a favor and try King of Pizza?“

The pizza is perfectly balanced, the wings are 10/10, the mini pizzas are delicious and thick, the meatballs- you HAVE TO try the meatballs. The subs are also stuffed to the brim on fresh bread. The delivery is also always fast and the guys that deliver are super nice. The owner is a great guy. He patiently answers your questions, fixes any problems ASAP, and has the old school Italian charm that makes you warm and fuzzy. I am so thankful for the crew at DiVincenzo's. This is one of the friendliest and most delicious places I have ever dined at. The service is amazing, extremely friendly staff. My kids hardly eat out and they devoured everything (they loved the milkshakes)! Even my husband couldn’t stop his compliments! The salad was clean, fresh, crisp but a bit overly salted, for me. We devoured the Margherita pizza which was SUPERB! Crispy, chewy good flavored crust, the red sauce was excellent, could use a bit of evoo drizzle and a few more slices mozzarella, for my tastes. From the phone call ordering , to my last bite it was perfect ! We got the chicken fingers & fries which was huge amount , And couple cheese steaks & fries. I can't say enough good things about it ! I got a cheese steak hoagie it was absolutely delicious , it came very hot and not soggy at all to the very end ! What was pretty impressive were the fries ... I never got fries for take out that came hot and crispy and they were just delicious, and plenty ! My order came quicker than they said & delivery man was polite and friendly! I will be back ! I can not rate atmosphere it was a take out ,I never ate there !“

“Grew up eating pizza there. They had some awesome pizza. we used to get it every Friday evening. You know they have been doing something right if they have been open that long. I'm almost 61 l.“

Went with my family and ordered a XL Pie, which the menu on the wall says “XL 18’ PIZZA 14.95”, I was wrung up on one register as $15.95, but when the waiter took my card, he charged me $26.00. When asked why so much he immediately said the price of the pizza was 19.95 and if I wanted, he could give me a menu. When I requested a menu, he then said he only has the old menu, still he didnt even give me that. When I asked why am i being charged $6 for 2 cans of coke, he then says the man (guessing the owner) told him to charge me for 3 cans (this is the same waiter that took our drinks order and brought us 2 cans). If you want to get swindled, go to this pizza joint. Trust me, I would much rather give my money to an honest family business… but this place just made me decide to stick with the big business conglomerates that are running little family owned places out of business. Sucks, but why steal from your customers? You take their money, break the trust and then you deal with the aftermath of it all. Another interesting fact: someone was coughing up a majestic storm in the kitchen, just pure unadulterated coughing and sneezing. Then theres this delivery guy just eating a slice of pizza at the entrance talking about women, as if there wasn’t a family trying to enjoy some time together. My wife felt uncomfortable, as she should have. Save your money. The flies and theft isn’t worth it. Sad, this was once a good place.“
