We enjoyed the skirt steak with shrimp, lamb chops, and guacamole, paired with tamarind and guava mojitos. The atmosphere was very pleasant, enhanced by a live singer. “Arre Sinaloa has such a cozy and charming atmosphere! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is very flavorful and drinks are amazing.
I recommend their signature guacamole, pollo al pastor and culiches. The dessert menu has a great selection. The flan has a great texture and it’s absolutely delicious.
The presentation of every dish and drinks are fascinating!!!

“We were just in NYC last week for a sisters/nieces trip and on our first night, we went here for dinner. We. Had. So. Much. Fun. The food was very good, drinks were great—we had several different ones, all good. We also did the six desserts for $45 and they were all wonderful! Since one in our party was having a birthday, we also got the birthday piñata. So fun! It was delivered to the table with sparklers and a bubble machine! The DJ was very energetic and played lots of great music. He was also gracious enough to play a couple of hillbilly requests we made. Our waitress was phenomenal and took great care of us! We truly enjoyed our time there!“

Pablo and Daniel served us, they are friendly people. We had a super delicious spicy tuna dish for dinner and the fish of the day, which was fantastic. IPA beer on tap and a Margarita. Dessert and espresso. Totally recommended. The chef is an artist, and the bartenders too!“

“When Paterson Ave Deli closed a few years back, I never thought I’d get to eat one of Roy’s cheesesteaks I loved so much again. Luckily for us, we stumbled upon this place today and found our long lost favorite! I couldn’t be more excited to know the chef behind our favorite deli has his own place with an eclectic menu, great prices and a great location. I got the cheesesteak and fries and my girlfriend got the Reuben (a sandwich she’s lamented missing from Paterson Ave Deli for YEARS) - two full satisfying meals for $30. This was such an exciting find, and I cannot wait to come back and try the rib sandwich and general tsos burrito. I hope Mr. Roy’s is here for a long time!“

“Atmosphere was sophisticated especially compared to neighborhood Mexican restaurants. Service was attentive. But the food was disappointing. House salad was nice, with a touch of unexpected mint, but the Vegetarian Chili Rellenos with winter vegetables really missed the mark. In hindsight I should have returned it as it was warm but barely cooked. Every vegetable stuffed in the poblano chili, including the chili itself, was still crunchy (almost raw) rather than what I am sure the head chef would have intended. Also, The carrot pure sauce was a bit too heavy on the cream. I had high expectations, so was disappointed.“

We took forever trying to find a place that they would all find something to eat at but that place didn't work out so we came here not realizing how lucky we were. Two of the ladies that work there helped us work it out to piece together a meal for them with components they already have. “I needed a quick lunch, so I tried this place. I had a chorizo taco and a tinga de pollo quesadilla. The taco was awesome! The sausage was cut into tiny cubes and grilled, not soaked in oil and grease like some places. And the tinga was excellent, not dry, and had that great tangy flavor I love. Everything was fresh, and the prices were very reasonable. If I'm in the neighborhood again, I'll definitely go back.“
