“Ordered for the first time since learning they moved & opened their doors in Morris Plains! They were our FAVORITE restaurant in Cedar Knolls! I’m SO happy to have them ‘back’ (a bit further of a drive, but so worth it!!) Everything was just as delicious as I remembered it being! We’ll be back SOON!!“

“The food is top notch. From the soup to the sushi. Even the ice cream is delicious. What really bothers me though is the service. There is a 90 minute time limit which I get but when you are rushed to get out by an hour that’s not right. Also when you’re hounding tables waiting to literally take a plate because you have nothing else to do that’s a problem. Finally when you’re coming up to tables and asking them for platters back because you don’t have enough supposedly that’s not good either. Last night I was hounded constantly. Twice I had people tell me to move my sushi to my paper plate because they needed the platter. May I suggest buying more platters. Love the food and yes I know I’ll be back but the service was ridiculous in your face. Don’t come here for date night because they don’t leave you alone“

I visited Thailand and tried to find someplace with a similar kitchen, but all I tried before was just imitation. 181 Howard Blvd has the most unique and talented chief cook! “From what I shared last time (food being so delicious) very disspointed now. Had to throw everything in the garbage today - sushi rolls (spicy tuna and spicy salmon) did not smell fresh at all, looked very different. Ramen soup was disguisting. We used to love this place, truly loved. But last couple of times food seems not the same. Also Doordash took two hours to deliver instead of promised 45 min- have a feeling they were looking for fresh fish and could not find it - so result was obvious.
