“Willow & Sage catered our wedding at the Art Factory this past December and our experience with them was exceptional. For starters, they served as much more than only a caterer when it came to both the planning and execution of what we asked for. They are an incredibly professional outfit and Scott’s (The Owner) experience and guidance was invaluable to us. The food will speak for itself when you do a tasting, everything is top notch and they offer a wide ranging variety of options. Not only are the options vast, they will work with you to customize a menu that will make you happy. Don’t see something on their menu? No problem, talk to them about what you want and they’ll create it for you. I can’t state enough that they are not just cooking and serving food; there’s no part of your Wedding that they won’t get involved in if necessary in order to make sure you’re busy enjoying your time and not worrying about how things are running. Kara whom we worked with frequently in the planning stages was always accommodating and available whenever we had questions or ideas we wanted to talk over. We had a 5-star experience!“

“I could not recommend Falco more! For starters, their food was delicious and their team is beyond friendly and helpful. We had our wedding in our backyard and we were blown away by how involved they were beforehand. The owner/chef came to see the property and work with us to create a floor plan. We also loved that he brought a rep from Ocean Tents to see everything and work together. Then about a week beforehand our maître d came out to see the property and go over all the details she would be able to help with. We loved that neither of them came in blind the day of!
Our maître d Lisa was incredible! She was so friendly/ helpful while also keeping everyone in line to make sure the flow of the day kept moving. We loved that she made us a plate of cocktail hour foods to eat privately after pictures and before heading out to say our hellos to our guests. We also appreciated that she looked out for us and our parents at dinner time. She would make sure all of us stopped and ate at some point, otherwise we probably would’ve spent the whole day on an empty stomach.

Finally we have to shout out Heather. Heather was our point person through email from day one. She was so friendly and helpful, we could not have pulled off the day without her. Trying to pull off a backyard wedding is stressful but Heather helped every step of the way.“

“We used Chef Marie for a private dinner to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. She did a wonderful job. The planning process was seamless - she was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. We had a four-course meal and each one was fantastic. She uses local and organic ingredidents and is very adaptive to your dietary needs. She even created a special menu for the kids. Marie and her assistant were very personable and professional. They catered to our every need and were an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Chef Marie/Proper Palate for your next dining event.“

“Bayway catered for my baby shower this past Saturday, and I will be honest I was nervous. I never worked with them before, and didn’t know what to expect. However, I was able to get on the phone with Mike 2 days before my event, and he ensured me everything will be on time and that the food I ordered was the right amount. Well, he was right! Billy, the delivery person showed up early and helped with the set up, and the food arrived hot. Every person at the event gave several compliments regarding the flavors and the presentation. “Apple Street Kitchen was the venue for my surprise birthday party this past weekend. Everything about this lovely place was amazing. It was the perfect size for our family and friends, the food was outstanding, each dish delicious, the service was wonderful, the evening was perfect. “Wonderful set up for a charity event. Part of the room was used for the auction items which lined up along the wall easily. They did a buffet with carving stations, which lined up along the other wall. Dance floor and sound were great! Of course it was Brian Kirk so you can’t go wrong! Very good service.“

“Nicole and David catered a sheva brachot for me at a local shul with 80 guests. Price was very competitive with others. Food was fantastic. Setup and takedown was very efficient and complete, and they answered all my questions promptly. Waitstaff was great. Would highly recommend for any event in Deal/Long Branch.“

This was not my first choice because it is a little out of the way for me, but definitely worth the trip. They have earned my loyal business.“

“I have been shopping at this store since it opened. I was warned that the prices were higher than other supermarkets. For some items, yes, but for most of what I buy, their prices are the same and very often below others. Their fruit and vegetables are always fresh and clean. Most of their own brands are equal and often lower priced than the standard brands. I would also point out that their staff have always been friendly and pleasant and will offer to help you find something that you cannot.“

I was so indecisive of what pizza I wanted but he accommodated my requests with so much patience and understanding. It was the best pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life.
