“Food was great, if you are looking for the american-Chinese style comfort food then this would be the place to go. The foods are at good portions with good pricing. They do not have deliveries (as of now they still do not). I would recommend calling about 25 - 30 of when you want your order to be really as usually the wait is about that time. My entire family comes here to eat pretty often when they still had dine-in, and we get take out now! Great family owned local business with helpful staff and good quality food. Would recommend!“

“We went for the dinner. Food was good. The lady taking orders and serving food at the table was very nice & friendly. The place was clean. Their portion is very big so if you don’t have that much appetite, 2 people can eat from one order of Entree which is fantastic & prices are very reasonable.

“We have lived in Hopewell 15 years and this newer china wok is absolutely AMAZING. We love the food it's more clean tasting not greasy. Fresh veggies are used too. I am so happy to have them right down the block. We have not had 1 bad meal from them!!!!! My favorite is the chicken and mushroom and chicken in a stick is to die for- but we have ordered many things and all so delicious.“

“The food is good, but I never understood, I order 4 chicken ? wings and they gave me only 3 instead of 4. When I called them, the lady told me that she gave me 3 instead of 4 because the 3 are the big ones. After 2 weeks, I ordered 2 orders of chicken ? wings again and should be 8 wings, but instead was only 7 wings and I called them again and she told me the same like the previous older, the wings are big. “I love their garlic shrimp with scallops menu item. I always get it for take-out. I have eaten at least 20 of them. There is a problem with their packaging. They put the food into a white plastic container that ALWAYS leaks. The container is not water-proof. They put the white container into a brown bag and put that into a plastic bag. The sauce leaks from the white container through the brown bag and into the plastic bag. When I open the white container, I get sauce from the bottom of the container all over my kitchen counter and have a mess to clean up. I have seen other take-out containers and NONE of them ever leak. This business needs to get a liquid-proof or water-proof container to put the food in so the sauce does not leak out. Wake up please!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a take-out today July 31, 2024 and was surprised to see they have a new container that, when held upright, does not leak. One good step in the right direction. I wish they would go one more step and use a truly watertight container. Many restaurants use waterproof containers so an even better type of container does exist.“

“I've been there many times and the place is super busy so you may wait I never order anything that's real intricate for them to make I order simple stuff tell me Hunan shrimp pork fried rice spare ribs usually the food is priced less than anybody else around the quality of the food seems very good for takeout Chinese you got to remember this is not gourmet food not bad food for the money my best advice to you keep it simple when you order there some stuff when you're busy takes too long to prepare anyway the girl there speaks hardly any English and I can't understand when she talks but the the gentleman behind the stove is English is very good the food is good 1050 for a combination meal is very fairly priced everybody else is 12-15 for the same meal I recommend going there and you might wait 15 minutes 20 minutes even if you call they are very busy because your food is good and your prices are cheap bottom line if you expecting gourmet food I would not go there and“

“hard to find a good american-chinese restaurant that isn’t over priced and tastes bad. first time ordering from Cheng’s and won’t be my last! got the chicken fried rice, perfect amount of chicken, not so much that it’s just straight chicken ??. also the sweet and sour chicken with the sauce on the side, the chicken is super tender! also the breading is nice and crispy and light, not too doughy. the broccoli garlic is classic, not too spicy but still flavorful. we placed a pick up order through the phone and the woman who took our order was very nice and easy to understand. we received everything in our order and it was hot and fresh. if you’re new to the princeton area and want classic comfort chinese food, skip tiger noodles and order from Cheng’s Kitchen????“

I was totally surprised to find this new restaurant (only a couple of miles from my home) in Flemington! This is definitely a hidden gem. They serve authentic Indian dishes (especially non-vegetarian dishes) and the prices are very reasonable. I have already visited the place several times and ordered their Carryout and was never disappointed. I would urge anyone who has not visited this place to try it -- you will not be disappointed! “Discovered this hidden gem. If you are looking for a unique quality experience with Chinese food this is the an amazing food place. Tried them out two days ago by ordering their Dry Chicken dish. Be careful as it has bones but it was unbelievably delicious, a flavor and texture that was so unique. So the next day we got their liver, fish and a soup. Simply delicious. Could not stop eating.The staff are great but do not speak english and their online menu is also unclear. Its best to get the printed menu. We are so excited to try all their other dishes. Also, it's takeout only.If you are used to regular american-chinese fare then this is not the place for you. If you love to experience exotic flavors then have fun.“
