“The Italian was one of the best hoagies I've had in a while. The flavors melded together perfectly, and the seeded roll truly brought the whole thing together and took it up a notch. Not to mention that the "mini" sandwich was the size of my forearm! Sad I didn't discover this place sooner, but happy I finally did! Can't wait to go back to try the other items“

“I've been coming here since opening day. I order every week or two. The daily sandwich specials still surprise me with how great they are. This week the chicken salad with long hot mayo was crazy good. The Kluckr. please keep it on.
I could repeat this review for another 5 years.“

“I’ve walked by this spot so many times, and it seemed every time I was hungry they were closed (closed on weekends) but today I finally stepped in. I ordered 2 bánh mìs and a Vietnamese coffee. Pete, the owner/operator of the spot was the only one there and we instantly jumped into great conversation about the music scene in Philly back in the late 90s. We ended up knowing a lot of the same people. Philly is a tight knit group. So even before eating the food I was already a fan of this spot. Pete served me his special take on Vietnamese coffee while we talked and he made the sandwiches. The iced coffee was excellent, but different and less sweet than Vietnamese coffee I’ve had in the past. He also used ice cubes made of coffee which was an added bonus for a coffee junkie like myself. After we talked for nearly 20 min, I walked home with my sandwich and WOW! Such a solid bánh mì! I told him to make it like he would make it for himself (spicy) and he knocked it out of the park. I’ll be back and I’ll be bringing all my music friends here when they are in the neighborhood. I highly encourage Olde City residents as well as Philly locals to give this place a try!“

“Had the roast beef special today with fresh mozz roasted reds on the side with broccoli rabe. It was phenomenal usually roast beef is dry this was not the case as it was amazing. Had lunch there with my uncle he had a sandwich also. we both took a different sandwich to go, I took the chicken Italiano I'll have that for dinner tonight. On top of that the service was amazing also from Angelina. 💪🏻💪🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸“

“First time trying this place and so impressed! The cashier was super friendly (Most impressive since he’s a young kid… you don’t see that often.) and the sandwiches are amaaaazzzing due in large part to the most amazing fresh baked focaccia bread 👌🏻“

“Great Italian hoagie. Authentic South Philly. I do have to warn you - if you’re not familiar with authentic ingredients, like the crusty seeded bread and aged cured meats, it may not be to your liking. Hoagie commissars will love it.“

“Fabulous! We ordered a tuna hoagie and a turkey breast hoagie. They were chocked full of the freshest meat, cheese and on nice soft rolls., Nice staff and prices on par to what they are these days. Highly recommend!“

“Best place for a cheese steak but to tell the truth all their sandwiches are fantastic. And they are always adding newer items. Always the best quality too! While most restaurants may not be as good as they used to be, it is the opposite for Tony & Nick's. They started at a very high level and seemed to exceed it.“

“Had Roshni and Miranda from the mount laurel nj location (centerton square) waiting on us tonight. I had a bowl and my husband had a giant sandwich. They were very delicious. The both of the ladies were very happy, nice and professional. We ate in and they both had a nice conversation with us. We will definitely be returning again. Thank you ladies“

“This is hands down the best Jersey Mike's in a 30 mile radius. The staff is always so welcoming and genuinely happy to say hello. The only reason I do not give 5 stars, is jersey mikes as a corporation needs to put the wax paper or even foil over the cheesesteaks so that when you get home in under 10 mins your bread and paper are not being new best friends. The soggyness of the paper when getting a cheesesteak is not fun at all. It is almost 20 dollars for a half and a drink, for the sake of all of your fans please fix that! 💜💫“

“Words cannot express how AMAZING this place is!!! Not only is their food SPECTACULAR but their customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! It is our go to place for sandwiches for every occasion and the fact that they have the best gluten free items is wonderful!! They forgot to give us a part of our order and not only did they deliver it to us (about 20 minutes away) they then delivered gluten free cream puffs to us the following week!!! You cannot go wrong with giving this place your business!! Thank you Mama Marie’s!!!“

“First time having Primos in a while- didn't remember Primos having so much variety on their menu before. Got 4 hoagies, 2 sides and 2 chips. Order was completed in timely manner and the hoagies tasted great. The sides were okay. They forgot the toppings on the sides that were requested but no big deal.“

“I went here because I heard they had decent gluten free rolls. But having a long day, I forgot to ask for the gluten free for my husband until it was all made. They saw the look on my face when I realized MY mistake and jumped to it said no problem and remade the sandwich with new gloves and utensils so there would be no cross contamination. Everyone was super friendly from the moment I walked in. Our sandwiches was delicious and my husband was so happy to actually get a real sub and not worry about getting sick.“
“Wawa is closed at 900 block of Walnut Street (Feb. & March 2025), so I tried Sam's for a breakfast sandwich. Good sandwich at good price, and quick. Happy camper. There is no place to sit. Take-out only. It's a small deli and convenience store. This is my new Wawa.“

“I was hesitant at first, I live in the Philly area, home of the hoagie, who’s gonna do it better than a mom and pop deli? Well Jersey Mike does! Great fresh cut meats, awesome seeded roll. Check them out. What’s even better than their food, the friendly staff. These guys and girls have excellent customer service!! I come once a week now. I’m here today for the day of giving, proceeds go to the special Olympics. Great food, great people/ service for a great cause! Keep up the hard work!!“

“Found this spot on DoorDash and ordered the braised beef “cheese steak”. It was worth the money for sure! Sandwich was a good size and had a good flavor. My only issue was the sandwich was a bit too salty for my preference. Other than that I really enjoyed it and will be ordering again soon.“
“Amazing !! I grew up in North Wilmington, off of Philadelphia Pike, in Delaware & I believe the original Capriotti’s on Silverside road was right around the corner. My parents would order the best thing ever, the Bobby, almost every other weekend ! It is a must try ! Personally I like the cranberries on the side, to add when I eat it. A true taste of what I remember as home !!!!!“

“Still Great ! Love to keep coming back here as a tradition whether I’m gone for long periods of time or short.
Even a long line wrapping around their stall is quicker than waiting in some drive-thrus.
Just have fun trying to snag a corner to eat in ;)“

“There aren't any recent reviews, so if you need help deciding and don't want to spend a lot, go to The Foot Long Truck! They have a wide variety AND breakfast!
I just had the 6inch chicken cutlet with peppers and provolone w/ fries and soda. I can't believe I haven't tried them before now! The chicken was breaded nicely, you can see the cheese and it was very filling! I only ate half because there were three pieces of chicken on a toasted roll. The wait was no longer than any other truck that cooks to order. The ONLY thing that this sandwich was missing was a sauce. Add marinara or spaghetti sauce and maybe cooked onions and this sandwich would be 10/10. Without the sauce...I'd give it a 9/10! The service was very nice as well!“

“A hidden deli that has a little bit of everything and a kitchen to cook hot food. Hot food was super affordable considering the location it was at. The portion was fantastic and would go back if I am in the area.
Parking: A bunch of street parking, can get super busy on the weekend.“

“My favorite spot to eat in the Deptford Mall food court. Highly recommend the kimchi cheesesteak, but if you want traditional go with the Old School. Cheese fries were excellent as well.
It's a tad pricey but it's in the mall, so for what ya get I think it's fair. Quality is excellent as well. Give them a try.“

“Bubby’s is the definition of a great hole-in-the-wall spot for food. A cash-only sandwich place, Bubby’s brisket sandwiches are up there with top-tier cheesesteaks and hoagies. If brisket isn’t your thing, the rest of the menu offers Philly classics like cheesesteaks, chicken cheesesteaks, and the like. Use the ATM at the deli next door and buy yourself a brisket sandwich; you won’t regret it!
Wheelchair accessibility: The front of the restaurant is at street level, there are no stairs to climb up or down.“
