“I have had numerous positive experiences at this store. The below is just one of many.I had a coupon for a free matcha latte with purchase. I went to this store and ordered a donut and a matcha latte with skim milk on the app. I saw the employee make a matcha latte. She put the latte to the side and made another latte. When I went to pick up my order, she handed me the second latte. I asked her what had happened. She said that she made the first latte with whole milk and then noticed that I had ordered skim milk so she remade the latte. (Note: I would have had no way of knowing that the first latte was incorrect. She remade it because SHE knew it was incorrect, not because I would have.) She then handed me the first latte and told me to enjoy that one as well. I was blown away by this amazing customer service. This is clearly an employee who takes great pride in her work, and this is also clearly a store that allows their employees to make independent decisions. This Dunkin is truly a cut above the rest with regard to customer service and quality of products.“

“Visiting Prince Donuts last week and spend some time with Fernando who is the owner and his daughter Stephanie who more or less runs that facility in Linden New Jersey. Prince donut produces a very wide variety of baked goods specializing in breakfast type items like muffins and pound cakes in addition to cookies, Black and Whites and more. It's a great business that provides many jobs for the local community while the bakery distributes product nationally and into the Caribbean islands. The family-owned business is very easy to work with and I've enjoyed my relationship with them for many years. Look for their products in the marketplace under the brands Fernando's Bakery, and American classic, and Marcia's Gourmet“

“This Dunkin Donuts in Cranford is not a Drive-thru. There is sufficient parking and is located next to a neighboring Drive-thru Starbucks and Dairy Queen. This DD becomes fairly packed so I would advise to have your order ready for pickup if you're in a rush.“

“Have always enjoyed Hot Pot and was thrilled when this location opened. The layout of the place is a bit odd. The bar is stuffed off in a corner and there is very little room up front. These things are only worth noting because unsurprisingly, at least on the weekends, you will almost certainly have a wait. We were lucky to get a seat at the bar, but by the time our table was ready, there was a huge crowd stuffed into the front end. In the summer this may not be as big a deal, but on a cold winter evening, this could be annoying.Other than that, the atmosphere is cheerful and upbeat. The place being relatively new is as expected clean and bright.Selected the mushroom broth for the hot pot and it was delicious. Ample options make it interesting. The server was friendly and helpful in making selections. The only problem, and I don't know where the breakdown was, whether it was the person taking the order, or the people bringing it out, but every order we placed, had something missing. Not really.thwt big a deal as you just ask for it and they eventually bring it. It is just a little annoying, and I am sure over time they will get any bugs they have in their setup fixed. “It's incredible! You better place your order on the app or I don't know you. $17-24 will get you enough food for two, it will be ready in a timely manner and it's GOOD! Their fried items are fresh, coffee is fresh everything is fresh! They serve with a smile and eye contact, sometimes moving their work right in front of you so you see it finished right away!

“I have been going to this location for over 6 years; the staff has always provided fast, and courteous customer service. Recently the 3 men that opens in the a.m are truly awesome at their job; they know my order more recent: Plain toasted bagel, butter, extra jelly, and a corn muffin. Thank you for remembering the extra jelly, and for looking out for me throughout these past years. The timely customer services skills are "Greatly" appreciated; it has saved me from being late for work on many mornings.
