“El peor restaurante en el área el encargado con la peor actitud un patán prepotente abusivo no recomiendo este lugar basura a nadie. we went to this place for dinner with the family. the manager with the worst attitude ever didn't give us the table because we were waiting for 1 more person we told him he was 3 minutes away and with he's terrible attitude said no and after that he got mad because we grab on of the menus and told us to move out the way from the bar. He was so disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to nobody.“

“Prices are very reasonable. The best part imo is getting your own hibachi made. All you do is go to the hibachi grill and select the items you want yourself and give the chef your plate. All the food tasted fresh. Wish there was more sushi. Definitely going back.“

The fish soup broth was not enough, it's kinda hard to scoop off the soup to your bowl, they offered if you want more broth, but then less flavorful after they add with just the base broth without seasoning.
Garlic shrimp was the highlight of the dinner.

Wow! Firstly, very lovely first impression walking in and being seated. I am a big fan of the robin-egg colored tableware and the Miniso Dundun chicken timers lol. The place felt very clean and fresh, upon arriving.

Food:
The broth was extremely rich and flavorful! Genuinely tasted like it was prepared for a long time (10 hours) just like they advertise! It tasted very savory and it pairs well with the chicken and the other sides! The fish maw white fungus, chinese yam, pumpkin, and hand pulled noodles were all very fresh and high quality. I personally loved how chewy the noodles were after cooking it!

Our order was 2 servings it felt like a reasonable price. Definitely satisfied with the portion size given that we felt pretty full afterwards.

Service felt very welcoming and friendly.

Tuna tartare was great, but the chicken was dry and salmon salad was delicious. Small mosquitoes were also a nuisance.“

The chicken came out HOT which is extremely important and had just the right seasoning. When I didn't see greasy chicken or the paper inside greasy I tried one and before I knew it I had eaten five wings waiting for the rest of my food. And I bought 12 pieces to take home and share. Also try the bean pie OMG I literally ate the entire thing. I purchased the small one. I don't usually eat the crust but it was so delicious.“

“It would be easy to overlook this place. It’s buried way in the back of a strip mall. The interior ambience isn’t anything to brag about, either. Yet it is a true gem with amazing food at good prices and excellent service. My wife and I each ordered pizzas. She got the 12” Chicken Pesto and I ordered the 12” Meat Lover’s. Both came out promptly. It was amazing, the best pizza I’ve had in years. I can’t say too many good things about it. Everything was in perfect harmony, a symphony of umami and cheese. Meatballs, sausage, bacon. It had it all. Each bite a delight. My wife also loved her pizza. We stopped in on a Monday on the way up north for a show. There were a few tables occupied but I would imagine it probably gets busy on weekends. Even so, I would make a point of stopping in here again next time I’m passing through the area at dinner time.“

“My wife and I have been patrons and huge fans of Chez Catherine for nearly 30 years. Last Friday, we happily celebrated our 39th anniversary there with another very fine lunch. It's always a pleasure to be greeted like old friends by owner Stephane Bocket and seated at what we think is the best table in the tastefully decorated, elegant restaurant. We both chose the prix fixe menu. For starters, my wife had the always terrific moules and I a lovely mixed salad. We both chose beef bourguignons for our main course and asked Stephane to suggest wine from the by-the-glass list. His selections of a chablis for my wife and pinot noir for me worked perfectly with the outstanding bourguignons. We finished by sharing a delicious Baba au Rhum, prepared by Stephane at tableside. Dining at Chez Catherine is always a special event to us. Everything about it is first class.
