“The East Brunswick location needs a refreshment training course. One of the worse experiences ever. The Middletown location is so much better. Arrived at 1:30pm with 3 employees who did not want to be there at all. They mentioned several times they should lock the door and call it a day. They complained about having customers. They had a line of waiting customers, order not ready in the correct order, orders were sloppy and boxes needed to be carried with napkins so your hands didn't get dirty. They were using wrong size boxes that donuts were flying around the box. locking the next crew of employees came in at about 215 and saved the day. if I didn't pay already I would have left. I'm definitely not going back to this location and will stick with Middletown NJ. Very disappointed, aa customers left we all said to eachother the 1st and last time. Sad that there was no supervision for these employees, I don't think this location will have much success if they don't correct the customer service issue.“

“Absolutely delicious 2 tier cake for my son's engagement party. Sophia decorated it beautifully !! with the fresh roses I brought in the day before. Vanilla cake French cream with fresh strawberries and blueberries +whipped cream icing sooo yummy. I will always get my cakes from la dolce in old bridge. Highly recommend“

“The story goes... 30+ years ago, when my mother-in-law was getting driven to the hospital to deliver her son (aka my husband), she stopped at this Dunkin' for coffee & a bite to eat. And thats why my husband loves DD.

Which also explains why we are here on at least a weekly basis. Its on the busy part of River Rd, can be tricky to drive into, but at least has a parking lot. The place is small and fast, perfect for quick to-go pickup.

Staff is great. Last time I went, I ordered 2 donuts and she put 5 in a bag for me. I am not sure if its because it was a slowish day or because I look massively pregnant. Regardless I never turn down free calories!“

“From the outside this place looks like it is falling apart but I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside to see a very clean and upkept looking dunkin establishment. Staff was all super friendly and nice. And food was made quick. Sandwich came out great and my matcha was mixed very well so there was no power all clumped up at the bottom like how some locations do it. “Plenty of parking. Very clean and the bathroom was clean and smells clean. I can tell the workers work efficiently to keep the store clean and tidy. The service was fast with many baristas on site. “Hi I came to the store late in the afternoon and my drink wasn't made properly which was fine one of the associates asked to do it over again and I was fine with that. The supervisor by the name of Kunji was very polite and courteous and took care of my order expeditiously was very kind and apologetic he also stated I could take the drink that was made previous by the other employee he was very generous very sweet and very gentle when speaking to customers.“

“Im not a big Dunkin person. I just find their products to be overpriced so I go elsewhere. But I needed coffee and I couldn't wait. I downloaded the app, which i recommended, and placed an order.

The place is pretty small. The line at the counter was 9 deep. Fortunately the mobile pickup is a separate line, which was only 4 deep

The two ladies working were moving! These poor girls were slinging sandwiches together, pouring coffee, taking orders, serving food. Jeez. Hire some people! I felt bad for them. They're definitely underpaid.

The coffee was good. The sandwich was good. But I feel so bad for those ladies busting their asses like that. $3 for a little cup of coffee and overpriced prepaid donuts? Hire some people. Your employees deserve better.“

“Really friendly staff at this Dunkin it is a rest stop along the highway, so they have 2 restrooms only 2. Yes, only 2 you might have to wait on a line to use them, but they are open even though there is a code on them, they just keep them unlocked and open. This isn't a real rest area. It is mainly just a Duncan, and a gas station can get busy at times So I suggest just use that bag in your car to poop.“
