“I had dinner tonight at Hot Space Edison and it was my first time coming here. The look and the taste of the food were so good. Everything is made fresh and hot when the server brought it to my table. Restaurant is clean and the service is worth a 5 star. Definitely recommend this place!“

“This is the Cuzins in New Brunswick, not the one we go to in Marlboro. Place is fairly new and beautiful. Food was good, not great. We had the octopus and tuna tartar with clam chowders. The chowders ( one white,one red ) were excellent. The hostess was great. Our waitress left a lot to be desired. She served us ok but she seemed to not like her job. We would go back if in the neighborhood.“

“I ordered the Sweet and Sour Squirrel Bass and Shanghai Smoked Fish. The smoked fish tasted so authentic — just like what I had in Suzhou! Perfectly marinated, flavorful, and not greasy at all. The squirrel bass was crispy on the outside, tender inside, and cooked to perfection. The fish is freshly prepared — they literally have a tank right by the entrance, so you know it’s super fresh!“

Although this restaurant may be a chain, they doesn’t mean the food will be less than stellar.

My girlfriend and I had a flawless dinner in this seafood restaurant.

Table bread:
The bread was served warm; I especially loved dipping the bread in the pesto filled olive oil.

Bang bang shrimp:
This signature appetizer was piled high and deep with shrimp with shredded lettuce at the bottom. The seafood was smothered in sweet Thai chili sauce and sriracha.

Be sure to mix the lettuce with the shrimp.

Chopsticks are included, but they are not necessary.

Chimichurri Bistro Filet:
The tender, juicy 8-ounce steak was served medium rare.

Pre-slicing the steak is a great convenience because that’s one less kitchen utensil you will need.😊

The chimichurri sauce was beyond phenomenal. In addition to the steak, I also smothered it in the side dishes.

Lily’s Chicken:
The chicken had a variety of toppings which included goat cheese, spinach and artichokes. It was undoubtedly one of my favorite plates.

It was a perfect dining experience at a seafood restaurant and we didn’t even order seafood entrées!

“Had to drive over 45 minutes to get to this place. I’m giving this a 5 star because this is probably the best fish soup you are going to get in NJ. There are however much better places for this in Flushing Queens which would be double the driving time for me. The fish soup is good. Not the best. For the best, my go to place is still this place called Fish With You in Flushing. Give this place a try! Everything is good.

Update: had the comb for 2. The fish came under flavored. Needed some time to marinade in the soup. After it was better. We got the fried pork belly which is good. But can’t have too much because it is heavy. The glutinous cubes were fried so it was crispy on the outside and doughy on the inside. The syrup is used to dip and it serves as a good dessert to finish the meal off.“

“We had lunch on Saturday afternoon. I would rate the food as pretty good, and better than Red Lobster which is right across Rt. 18. However the presentation of the food leaves a good deal to be desired. They serve on paper strays with plastic spoons. Paper would be fine if it was of a higher / thicker quality. The plastic utensils would also be fine if they weren’t of the kiddie party variety. The We had soft shelled crab, fried shrimp and catfish with boiled Cajun pototes and French fries. All of the food was good, neither over cooked not undercooked. The soft shell carb was pretty good. What was annoying was that the (soupy) boiled potato(s) side dish was served in a Saran Wrap baggie tied in a knot and put in the same paper tray with the fried soft shell crab. It was hard to tear it open without spilling the contents all over the table. However the side dish potatoes were good. The problem was the plating. The French fries were also good, neither overcooked nor undercooked and tender. While the food is good you and the restaurant is decently decorated, you get the impression that they have a very very tight budget for necessities as in utensils, plates and trays. Nevertheless we will eat there again or have their food delivered. They do not have a delivery service so you must use Uber or Doordash.“

“This place is a 10 out of 10. Every time I go the food is consistently great. The service is excellent and they make you feel special when you let them know the reason you are celebrating.

I aways get the Filet Mignon - perfectly cooked and the mashed potatoes are amazing! They have the best mashed potatoes I've ever had.“

“Randomly found this place after food shopping one night and its officially our fav spot ! They open late til 1230am ! Jay and his staff members are very welcoming and friendly. Told us their special dishes and what to come back to try next time! We got their green peppercorn broth with snakehead fish recommended by Jay and boy it hit the spot! U can add on toppings and it comes with rice! We enjoyed it so much we are already planning our next late night visit and plan to take the fam here!“

“Long time patrons but Blue Water has gone downhill over the last several years as far as seafood choices and food taste. Seafood Fra Diavolo ordered medium was tasteless and calamari were the Shop n Stop frozen rings. Key Lime pie slice the size for a mouse maybe and tasteless, no presentation like back in the day. Another “ former “ old time patron sitting next to us was furious as his swordfish was maybe 1/4” thick. We both agreed never to visit Blue Water again. We both remembered when it was the best ! My spouse and I were customers when the place would be packed now 4 tables only at 6:30pm ( guessing others feel the same) and long gone is the special menu had lobster cakes, halibut, monk fish , red snapper etc. Sadly and honestly not even better than a pizza restaurant but 3x the price. Bye Blue Water Seafood .“

“It would be easy to overlook this place. It’s buried way in the back of a strip mall. The interior ambience isn’t anything to brag about, either. Yet it is a true gem with amazing food at good prices and excellent service. My wife and I each ordered pizzas. She got the 12” Chicken Pesto and I ordered the 12” Meat Lover’s. Both came out promptly. It was amazing, the best pizza I’ve had in years. I can’t say too many good things about it. Everything was in perfect harmony, a symphony of umami and cheese. Meatballs, sausage, bacon. It had it all. Each bite a delight. My wife also loved her pizza. We stopped in on a Monday on the way up north for a show. There were a few tables occupied but I would imagine it probably gets busy on weekends. Even so, I would make a point of stopping in here again next time I’m passing through the area at dinner time.“

“One of the best dim sum restaurant in Central Jersey! Lunch time is highly recommended. On the weekend, they bring food on a cart and you can pick whatever you want to eat. Everything is so tasty and we love it! Price is very reasonable. You can also order from Entree menu, which is also delicious.
It gets very crowded on weekend lunch time, so recommend going as soon as they open at 11:30am.“

“1st and last time coming here. With the price of the buffet you would think they will have more food selections. The food was nasty, cold and dry. The hibachi was closed and the steak they did make and put out was cold, tough and been sitting out for a while. Crabs were cold and small they were stingy with putting everything out in small portions. Didn't have any snow crabs like they advertise. The bubble tea was free so my children didn't know upon leaving we had to pay for it. The rude receptionist ran and chased us down out the door and snatched them out my kids hands. If she wasn't so rude i would of went back to pay for them. I spent a total of $267 including $40 tip for nasty buffet and service. False advertising on social media made me come here. Never again“
