“This was one of our most memorable dinners of 2025 so far — everything we ordered was delicious.

We started with the marinated tomatoes with stracciatella and the focaccia, then had the Thai basil tagliatelle with crab and the breaded pork chop as mains, and finished with the corn brûlée and blueberry pâte à choux for dessert.

The marinated tomatoes with the focaccia were an excellent pairing, and the tagliatelle was a surprisingly delightful fusion — spicy, flavorful, and very well balanced. The pork chop was excellent too: juicy and flavorful, though slightly undercooked near the bone. The corn brûlée was fantastic, while the pâte à choux was the only dish that didn’t quite hit the mark.

Overall, the food was outstanding and the space was very cozy. Our only wish was for slightly better ventilation in the restaurant, but otherwise, it was an amazing dining experience.“

“The good food here is really good. The Ponza was perfect and seasoned well. My husband had the crab ravioli with pesto sauce. I'm not even a fan of pesto but this was amazing. My baby who hardly eats anything, cleared a plate of spaghetti. The only issue I had was there isn't a changing table in the restrooms. The staff was nice enough to find a room I could change my baby in but just an FYI if you have little ones.“

“My family had dinner at Albertinos today for my mom and husbands birthday. Because there was 9 of us they require a fix price meal for each person. This price includes an app, main, and dessert - anything on the menu. The service here is outstanding. The food is better than anywhere else in town, and for me- the best Italian I have ever had. Dinner for 9 of us took about three hours. To me, this is amazing. There was no rush. They made sure everything was perfect. We were able to relax and enjoy our time. We have been there two other times and have had the same waitress. The daughter of the owner (Jsut another plus). She is bubbly and kind and makes sure everyone has a great time. I stopped by the restaurant by myself a couple of later.. Thought I’d get a quick lunch fix. Wrong! My eyes nearly popped out of my head when I the chief my plate of Eggplant Parmesan. What a wonderful freshly made dinner (plus leftovers for 2 extra meals). The staff all were very friendly. Chiefly came out to see how I liked my meal. He shared some details about the newly open restaurant & homemade recipes, etc. He mentioned breakfast was also served and somehow in the conversation he decided to send me home with a sample of sausages & gravy along with my husbands meal. “We had pre- theater reservations, but decided to sit at the bar for dinner. Food and cocktails were delicious! It was a busy night, so service was a little slow, but understandable as there was only one bartender and she was not only waiting on us and others at the bar, but making drinks for everyone who ordered them in the restaurant. We had ordered The Italian hoagie Rotolo, and the house made mozzarella wedges For starters. The Rotolo is a such an innovative play on the Italian hoagie, and the mozzarella wedges were incredible-sauce was delicious. The kids had a really great looking cheese pizza and I ended up having the Wildfeather Paccheri ala Vodka dish… Wow- this dish was so wonderful… Mildly spicy but super creamy and the ribbons of cupped pepperoni in it was off the charts! Highly recommend and we will def do dinner here again!“

It was a Sunday evening and not many establishments were open however we were fortunate Vitale's Italian Bistro was the exception. Warm welcoming staff greeted us, prompt and attentive wait service, and delicious food in abundance! It was a wonderful evening and a fine way in capping off our 10 day east coast road trip!“

Entrees: Miso glazed sea bass or filet with stuffed lobster tail both Devine!
