“I usually don’t write reviews but Mike (chef) at Genaro’s is so wonderful ! The short time I met him and talked to him I could tell how genuine and sweet he is. I had my mom’s retirement dinner at a place pretty much next door. When I called originally to see if he can cater it he called me back so quickly and helped me pick out the perfect amount of food . EVERYTHING was sooo delicious (and we are foodies ) when dropping off the food we were figuring out where to get ice and he offered his workers to go get ice for us from his kitchen(the restaurant ) … so nice! Also he said gave us plates bc I mentioned I didn’t want to eat on plastic or paper plates. I can’t wait to actually go and eat at the restaurant next time .“

“I love this place. The food is always consistent and absolutely delicious. I have never had an issue with an order and I order from here roundabout once a week. Portions are great too, I’m usually fed for like 2-3 days.If you have been curious about tofu, try the tofu pad Thai. I’ve definitely come across tofu that has had a weird texture if it’s not cooked properly, but Vilma does it perfect every time.If you’re curious about the Thai iced tea - try it out it’s so good. Similar to how chai teas are spiced, but it’s got a nice sweet creamy flavor. I love it!If you’ve been curious about curry, the red curry is awesome. I’ve had it with chicken and tofu and they are both great.But I’ll be real, i haven’t tried something from this restaurant that I didn’t love so take that what you will lol.Price is very reasonable, hours are great, overall great restaurant. “As a vegan, I was thrilled when I found this gem of a restaurant! I was even more ecstatic when I tasted a few of the MANY vegan options. The food tasted wonderful, flavorful and amazing! It was hard to choose just a few items off the menu. They even have tasty, vegan desserts. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the vibe hip and cool inside. My meat eating husband was also thrilled with both his meal and mine (when I let him have a little bite!). We will def. be back again.“

“I came here on the grand opening day & a few times since and I must say...If I could leave TEN stars, I would. Courteous staff, excellent service and fresh, hot seafood. I will be returning over and over again. (If you like fried shrimp as much as I do: don't think twice. It's glorious.)“

“I had poke for gluten free meal and my wife had chicken noodle. Both meals were great. There were plenty of tables nearby. We will certainly come back to this place when we pass through the PHL airport.

Super delicious fresh and loaded with endless options staff did not stop me from adding on and on to the bowl. Peanut sauce curried chick peas quinoa cous cous fresh veggies etc every component was highly impressive!
So impressed I wrote this review I haven’t written one in years.

“This place in terminal D is worth the money! My partner and I both got different Tofu bowls and dang, super filling n healthy n tastey. Lots of protein hacks too aside from tofu, with beans, curried chickpeas, hummus and tahini all on the menu. Loved it, wish it were in every airport.“

We had 4 people. 1 order of 2 pancakes, 1 order of 3 pancakes, 1 order of French toast and 1 order of strawberry cheesecake stuffed pancakes. Do you think 2 little bottles of syrup is enough? French toast was just about cold qhen more syrup arrived. Asked 3 times for the strawberry syrup sauce that comes with the strawberry cheesecake pancakes to finally be told they were out of it. When talked to the server about this saying that it would have been nice to know this before ordering as something else would have been ordered, was told I had an attitude as the server walked away from the table. Then server never came back to the table until she dropped the bill off. I said oh I need to order a to go order. Three times I told her we needed the strawberry icebox pie. She brings the bill back drops it off, I check it and it is wrong to go item. Then had to wait more time for her to come back, I finally asked another server to get her. The whole experience took about 2hours usually our dining experience is much more timely, nice and positive but not this time was frustrating and felt not listened to or appreciated.“
