Wanted breakfast after an early flight ?. The breakfast menu looked intriguing. First challenge - ordering using a QR code. Eventually got that done. Challenge two - spouse's food came way before mine. ? The server comped me a fruit bowl ! ? Spouse got Avocado Toast- a bit of a kick to it. Had to try the Philly cheese stake while visiting. It was delicious no greece. Tried the caramel cheese cake for desert amazing it melted in my mouth. Not sure if it comes with peanuts but requested without just in case.

If you have lots and lots of time to kill before your flight, the Independence Prime is the place for you. The time between placing an order and getting your food is very long, especially for an airport. It took 35 minutes before I got my food.
