“My four year old was adamant that he wanted a rocket ship ice cream cake for his birthday. I called a 11 ice cream cake shops in the area only to be told that it was impossible without the right mold. One place even asked me to order a mold for them and they would see if they could make the cake but wanted to charge double for the effort. I randomly found this Carvel in Hackensack and after explaining what I wanted, one of the staff members brainstormed ways to make the cake come to life. I sent them a picture and out came the best rocket ship ice cream cake that anyone had ever eaten! The cake looked beautiful, tasted delicious and most importantly, my child was super happy. I will always place cake orders with you guys!“

“OMG! I am not exaggerating when I say the cake I received was not short of amazing. Chocolate Devil's Food with Raspberry buttercream. Tangy Raspberry preserves made from scratch by Jaclyn as well between the layers. Everyone who ate a piece of my birthday cake could not be more satisfied with the level of artistry in the decoration as well as the execution of the taste of the cake itself. I don't think I can go back to buying store bought cakes. They would just fail in comparison!“

“This is a small coffee and cake shop in a large space of slot machines and food halls, which are usually in malls. I do not know if there are enough connoisseurs of the exquisite taste of these cakes in that place. But the cakes were very fresh and delicious. You taste the quality of the ingredients and the love they put while cooking them. The fact that Carrie was answering me while the business is close is a sign that she’s passionate and that she care about her client. They’re on the expensive side compared to other bakery, but once you compare you understand why… You taste the butter in everything! “Ordered a coconut cloud cake a week ago for my in-laws 35th wedding anniversary. It was the best gluten and dairy free cake I’ve ever had. You wouldn’t even know that it wasn’t a regular cake. I put the order over the phone and it was ready for pick up within 10 minutes. while a little bit pricey it was worth every penny. Will definitely be back.“
