“I’ve been coming here for a long time, and this used to be one of our favorite halal carts. We would regularly drive in from Long Island with groups of friends and family, especially for the falafel, which was always outstanding.

Unfortunately, since Hamza left, I’ve noticed a significant decline in both the service and the overall quality of the food. The owner has always been friendly and seems like a genuinely good person, so I’m not sure exactly what’s changed behind the scenes, but it just doesn’t feel the same anymore.

Today we came as a family, and there were three new employees working. It was pretty clear they weren’t happy to be there, and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. We did have a larger order, but in the past that was never an issue—we were always greeted warmly and appreciated as customers.

I’m leaving this review because I genuinely want to see this place succeed. The food and service used to be exceptional, and I hope they can get back to the standard that made so many of us loyal customers.“

From the moment we contacted them through their website, they were professional, prompt, and friendly.We invited them for our annual Black Student Social which is a fall semester welcome program. The staff were kind and worked quickly to serve over 200 students. Our students were happy with their tacos and burritos. The owner was very accommodating and met all of our needs.Administratively, I was very impressed with Bro-Ritos. We made A LOT of requests and changes and had to work through the nuances of getting a new vendor approved, but Bro-Ritos was always responsive and on top of it. They are true team players.If you have the opportunity, you should book the Bro's!“
