“Wait staff was friendly and you were not pushed to finish dinner. We had the shrimp po' boy and the grilled ribeye open face steak sandwich. I asked for my French fries to be extra crispy and they were delicious. After driving for almost 5 hours, sitting in rush hour traffic and construction, this diner made our day and on a really great note.“

“I came here regularly when the original owner George was in charge. Charming guy who stopped what he was doing to yell Hello to everyone who walked in. The food was regular diner food that he elevated. Huge portions and decent price. He retired or left and people who worked for him took over. I rarely go now. Food is decent but prices went up and portions are smaller. The servers are good and personable. Place seems to always be busy since there are several schools and offices in the area. Still decent but you don't get as much value for your money and no charm and personality from George.“

“I love everything about this place. They deliver to my house when I’m lazy on Sundays and I brought two of my kids there and they’re very picky and they love it. Also, the quality of the food you would think that the prices would be way more than they are. This place is a hidden gem. I don’t understand why it’s not packed all the time.“

“Love coming here because its close to where I live. We are regulars here and are always treated nicely. Anytime there is a problem with our food they fix it right away. We always go towards the end of the night so there is never a wait for us.“

“We have been going here for years and their food is really really good! They are always so friendly and we always have great fast service! Their grilled octopus is a special appetizer and the portion is so big that you can have it as your entree. They have great burgers too! I highly recommend them!“

“I love all their food here. Ive been eating here for 14 years and not once had i had a complaint. I love my home fries burnt cause it makes it crispy. Checking below on the comment and saw someone wrote something bad about the cook. You must not know nothing about food. I on the other hand gurantee Oasis food is real good. I love the french toast, the Cheeseburger with Crispy onion rings and they steak sandwich wich sautéed onions is bomb. They also serve great mangu for all my latinos that like it. They also have great chicken noodle soup that cant be bought anywhere else. If you are ever around tiffany and east bay make sure to stop at Oasis Coffee Shop. Just down the block is a nice park where you can take your food and watch the manhattan skyline from across the water. Oasis also delivers if you need food at the park. Free delivery! Also try their home made lemonade!!! Idk what else to shout out cause all they food is good. They also make chicken tacos and amazing qusadillas. Authentic mexican cusine and the right touch to make tatse ? thank you Oasis for catering to all of us at the point.“

If I have to come to the bronx, I have to come here because their breakfast will fill me up to the point I can skip lunch??French toast breakfast, with tostones, queso frito, scrambled eggs & homes fries is my go to. “Listen, honestly, this place is a decent spot. They serve large portions of budget-friendly, quality food with respectable and welcoming service. It might be a bit cramped inside, but the turnaround time is fast. From the time we ordered to when our food arrived, it couldn’t have been more than ten minutes. That’s awesome to me. If you’re in the area, stop in and grab a bite. It could use a little love aesthetically, but the only downside is the parking. It could be problematic, but I still think it’s worth the gamble.“

“Awesome little diner with great service and good prices. Hole in the wall vibes. It seems like a family business, and all the staff are ready with smiles and attentive service. Compared to other classic NYC diners, this one probably had the lowest prices I’ve seen in a long time. For the cost, the portions and flavor are great. Also free refills for coffee, which is always a plus.“
