“It is very hard to walk by a cinnabon without getting a treat. So addicting. The cinnamon rolls are great and the center of the roll cups are delicious too. It will give you a sugar rush but thats all good. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the caramel pecan cinnamon bun but can’t win them all.“

The cake was not only beautiful but also absolutely delicious. The icing was perfect, with just the right amount of “sweet,” and the cake was light, melting in your mouth. “A few years ago, I began the search to find a good cake/baking supply store. Michaels is OK for last minute items but I wanted a “Go To” place. When I went to the internet, Shore Cake Supply was the 1st one to pop up. I live in North Jersey so it’s an hour or so drive for me BUT I drove there and had a “me” shopping spree. I’ve taken a class or two and even suggested to Jennifer that I wouldn’t be opposed to her opening a second location in North Jersey 😉. All I can say is just go there. You WON’T be disappointed. They are friendly, kind, helpful and MOST importantly.. honest! Oh, and I would travel as far as needed to go there. ❤️“

“I really like this place! I had a coffee and it was good. Since it was my first time here, the bakery was crowded inside, which limited indoor seating, so I had to sit outside—but I didn’t mind. “My wife is an excellent baker, who usually makes my birthday cake for me. This year she couldn't, so I bought a cake from Antoinette Boulangerie. I'm a bakery snob. When I'm not eating homemade desserts, I only buy from the best bakeries in NYC and NJ. Antoinette Boulangerie is one of them.

The cake I bought was not pre-ordered; it was a ready-to-go cake for the day I called, which was my birthday. There were three that day: Red Velvet, Chocolate, Lemon-Raspberry. I chose the Lemon-Raspberry: lemon icing, vanilla cake, raspberry filling. It was FANTASTIC. The cake itself was perfectly moist, light and flavorful; the lemon icing was delicious and just the right amount of sweet, not too sweet; the raspberry filling was delicate. These are the signs of an excellent baker. In the past I've also had pastries from Antoinette, usually tarts and eclairs, and they've always been excellent.

My wife thought the cake was so good that she's considering appointing Antoinette Boulangerie as my official birthday baker.“

I messaged her on a Monday, asking if she’d be able to bake me a cake by the following Saturday, and to my surprise, she was able! The ordering process was super smooth and the pricing was very reasonable. When I picked up the cake, she had it beautifully presented, and it looked BETTER than the reference I had sent. Let me tell you, when we finally had a bite, this was the BEST cake I’ve had in my entire life. I’m not exaggerating. “I visited yesterday morning before work and had a great experience. This location has a team that stands out from other locations. It fits in wonderfully with Red Bank’s culture even though it’s a recognized franchise brand and the coffee is delicious. The chocolate and strawberry croissants are very fresh. I love the modern aesthetic and layout mixed with the friendly atmosphere. I felt like I was in an high end “Mom and Pop shop”. It was also cleaner than most of the local coffee shops. Definitely suggest coming here if you want some reliably quick and tasty food/coffee in a busy Red Bank“
