“It was like serving food right to your car, and not even taking tips! There were 2 druve thru lanes in this PA quiet town and it took a few minutes to pull up. The order was taken in person! And as I pulled up to pick up my food, my order was ready before the one for the car in front. A second youngster brought me the food! A grilled chicken wrap with cooling veggies and the apple cider vinegar dressing my order taking person suggested! I was happy to get it quickly and enjoyed it!“

“Such a cute little smoothie café! I got a triple berry smoothie and my bf got a mocha frappe. We both enjoyed our drinks and thought the space was so nicely put together.

I did think it was a little sweet for my taste. Usually, when I think of a berry smoothie I think of it having a little tartness to it, this did not. Super sweet.“

“Stopped in at the Chick-fil-A in Newtown PA with my 94 year-old-mom for lunch. This is the most attentive staff and perfect service and atmosphere! They jumped to hold doors, delivered meal to the table instantly, etc. Fresh flowers on every table, and spotlessly clean including in the restroom. Tasty, hot meal and Bob was a gracious host. Who knew this is what we missed going through the drive through all the time?“

“I have to give this Taco Bell some love. They are consistently clean when we walk in - no food on the floor and no dirty tables (which tbh I find rare around here for fast food restaurants). The one time a couple young employees were standing at the front, maybe the manager or assistant manager called them over to talk to them about how to engage with customers and WHY (loved it - he was educating them, not lecturing). The food always comes out correct and nice and hot.

“Really good lamb over rice, one of the better ones in the area. Friendly, hard-working staff. The first time I went, it was very close to closing and I had not ordered ahead. They easily could have grumbled about it, as it was a Friday and I am sure they wanted to clean up and go home, and they still could not have been friendlier or more accomodating. “Great Wawa gas station in Newport. Very clean and well maintained, with a friendly and helpful staff. We arrived on Christmas Day, and both the gas station and the service center were open, which was a big plus. Excellent service and a very pleasant experience overall.“

“I recommend that your Managers learn Customer Service etiquette. My daughter & I purchased dinner last night(9/7/12) early evening. First, the young lady taking the order mentioned salt is not put on the fries when My daughter requested “no salt”(We know better than this, we are frequent customers). After waiting for our order I realized the “girl” (I think she is a manager)preparing the fries sprinkled salt on the fries so I mentioned it to my daughter so approached “the girl” to let her no salt was not ordered for the fries and she rolled her eyes as though it was my daughter’s fault that she put salt on our fries. “The girl” made more fries but when she called our order number (33) she slammed the bag down and slid the bag toward my daughter with “attitude on her face” I reacted by saying “did she just slam down the bag and slide it across the counter”? I did not make a scene because I didn’t want to embarrass her. I spent $24 for food and I did nothing to deserve her “nasty attitude” what she needs to do is train her employees properly and learn what Customer Service means. I will make a call to the Owner“

“Although the inside isn’t open and or no delivery option. I must say the customer service is always on point. I love the that it’s drive thru. I ordered lemon pepper wings with a personal size sausage pizza. Food fresh and they gave me flats for my wings.“
